I wish they wouldn't mow the grass right right under my window @ 7:30 and then blow grass with that loud blower.Checkout is 11:00 how about then. I was trying to sleep. I had orange colored food on my white bed cover. I could scratch it off so it had not been washed.. I would like a blanket to cover up with. That cover is not very warm. This is my 4th stay there. I come for dr appointments. Everyone is very nice and friendly and it seems very clean and s m ells good!

The staff was really nice and helpful. Even the guests chimed in pleasantly. The bed didnt hurt my back and didn't feel like a box (I'm super picky) and the pillows were decent. I brought my own but didn't bring them in. I enjoyed the hot tub and the pool after a long drive. I felt safe in the area its located in with the parking lot well lit. There is plenty of grass space for dogs. I would stay there again!

Such a nice hotel at a great price. The room was beautiful and the hotel had everything we needed. Pet friendly, too.

Front desk staff were great, breakfast was good, plenty of parking, and easy to get to from I-75. The hotel itself was clean and in good repair, but we had a pet room and it had a really bad odor, and the bathroom was dirty and definitely needs some updates. Our stay was fine. Would probably stay again.

Came for a wedding, stayed because of a stroke. The beds are very comfortable. It's pretty quiet. The staff are all very nice. My husband had a medical episode while we were there & they were very helpful with everything. Including that I was paying with points from different programs because I had to extend my stay much longer than expected. The staff was wonderful asking how my husband was doing. Even people I didn't know knew. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to the Knoxville area

Danny was super sweet and helpful. I booked and called to see if they had a first floor room and he held it for me since i was on my way. He checked me in quickly. Room was clean and comfy. I would stay here again

Staff was friendly. Matresses were uncomfortable. Found dust in multiple areas of the room.

I stay in hotels often. At least weekly. Everywhere I stay falls into a median budget range. This is the best hotel I've stayed in at this price range. It was very clean, the facilities were well kept and up to date, and the service was so wonderful. Even checking in at midnight the attendant was very friendly and cheerful. The next morning I was met by the same great attitude from a different gentleman. I will stay here from now on when in town!

I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. The staff was awesome, the rooms were spacious and clean and the hotel is conveniently located!
