Everything was brilliant but the pillows were very lumpy and the comforter had several stains on it which isn’t great. Altogether it was very good though.

This is an older property that was built w/o today's standards in mind. Walls/windows let a great deal of cold air into the room and sound from outside was quite disturbing (you couldn't hear the TV from even a little as 3 feet in an attempt to not disturb th next room.

Traveling for work ended up staying all week and they were more than willing to accommodate me.

It was very Clean and getting to the ****** was awesome with the shuttle. I just had a little bit of some rudnes from the front desk woman.

Excellent. Staff meeting all of our needs, especially when we needed to extend our stay. Will stay there again when in the area.

We stayed on Christmas night. They gave us a very nice and quiet room. The inside the room was very cute and cozy. Nice to have microwave and fridge in the room, since there was nowhere open in town. We woke up to a nice view of the water.
We will come back again, hopefully in Summer so we can use the pool. :)

Pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff are personable, professional and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. Parking was right in front of the room and convenient. The property offers a continental breakfast in the morning. We will stay again when in Poulsbo.

Good location, friendly staff. The room seemed a bit dated, tired. There was a stain on the carpet right in front of the vanity. The toilet seat was cracked. The shower had very poor/light pressure. The refrigerator in the room was set so cold, and I was unable to change it. I could have called and I’m sure they would’ve changed it out. I’m not one to complain. I was staying here for a week, and the fridge ended up freezing/ruining a medication for me, so that was annoying. I didn’t notice until the second to last day. Another pet peeve is when hotels don’t have stocked vending machines, and sure enough…no water or non- caffeinated drinks in the vending machine. Also, the hotel is located off a busy street, so it can be loud if you’re a light sleeper. It’s a great location, can walk to town. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating.
