This hotel was beautiful and in the most amazing location. It was a calm oasis in a busy tourist area. The rooms were gorgeous which stepped out onto immaculate gardens.
The food was fit for a king. Breakfast was an array of delicious treats along with everything else you could possible wish for.
The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
Perfect for a romantic escape

居然是總統套房？其實是兩個套間打通的connecting suites . 酒店的餐廳不錯。難能可貴有停車位。兩個衞生間都很小。

I am not one to write reviews but will if I run into exceptional service and/or a beautiful property. The Hotel Palazzo Murat was both. The hotel and grounds were beautiful but the service was beyond excellent. Victor and his family have assembled an excellent team who are both extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I do have to mention one employee in particular, Leonardo, who was beyond excellent in his efforts to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We asked for quite a few “favors” and he did his best to make them possible. I do not think this man knows the word “no”. Thank you, Leonardo and the staff of the Hotel Palazzo Murat, for making our trip to Positano so special.

Hands down the most memorable stay in Italy. Aside from the amazing views that the property offers, and the convenience of being in the heart of Positano without the hustle and bustle going on outside its doors, Palazzo Murat, is truly an oasis in the midst of the beautiful madness that is Positano. What really made the difference was the personalized attention we received from everyone in the property, from Leonardo, the GM, and Elena, our server for several meals, everyone made sure to make us feel welcome and at home. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!!

From the moment I arrived this hotel was perfection. Every member of the staff was so welcoming!! The service was impeccable, the rooms and grounds were stunning and the food was spectacular. I loved my stay here and would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing hotel right in the centre of Positano. The staff were excellent, from the friendly waitress that recommended all the daily pastries and cakes at the buffet breakfast to the amazing concierge team, who helped with recommendations to Ravello, ferry bookings and restaurant recommendations. The hotel is absolutely stunning. We particularly loved the courtyard where we enjoyed breakfast and pre dinner drinks. Highly recommend if you are looking for something special.

We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel the food and the atmosphere were very good and the staff were friendly specially the warm hospitality from Sebastiano Highly recommend for anyone wants to visit Positano and enjoy the good food and view

Oh how we loved this small and very private hotel! The location was wonderful, the rooms (and hotel itself) are beautiful, and the staff will do everything they can to make you happy. We felt truly pampered. The restaurant in the hotel was also FABULOUS. We highly recommend the Palazzo Murat!

My partner and I visited hotel Palazzo Murat last year in August. This hotel is by far, the best in the region and the food is incredible, but the service surpasses it all. We lounged around the pool throughout our stay and we were taken back by how amazing the pool manager, Antonio was. And no point did he say no to anything we requested even to go as far as having a snack made for us after the kitchen was closed. Also he heroically jumped into the pool, fully clothed with his phone when a small child was in danger and drowning. He definitely made our stay memorable, and we cannot wait to visit again. Hotel Palazzo Murat will forever have a special place in our heart, where we got engaged and had a special table with champagne ready for us when we came to our dinner reservation.
