Decent hotel, very clean not too far from the tourist places. All the staffs are very nice. Especially Ms. Sophia (Breakfast Buffet Area) who’s always present whenever we need anything. The room is clean, they clean everyday but they forgot to refill the liquid body soap container. Needed to ask the reception for a refill and they’re action was prompt. It’s just that it’s a bit hot (AC not so good) Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Very good hotel with everything you can think of during travelling

It’s a great place for a nice holiday. Not right in the historical centre but very accessible

Worst receptionist ever

酒店設施設備齊全而且很新，房間衞生做的很不錯，早餐則較為一般，熱菜很少，咖啡也很難喝，最讓人失望的酒店尷尬的位置，離核心景點真的是太遠了，步行要50分鐘左右（上上下下很多坡地），酒店本身就在一個很高的坡上，進出衹能靠打車，攜程對酒店的描述有很大的勿擾，非常不真實

Hotel excelente, muito limpo, localização muito boa, quase em frente tem uma confeitaria com ótimo café da manhã, o que é muito bom para quem reservar sem o café como eu fiz,, fica só um pouquinho distante da área turística do Porto, mas dá pra ir a pé, recomendo muito esse hotel e pretendo voltar.

Preiswerte Unterkunft nur Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Einrichtung und Ausstattung durchschnittlich aber alles sauber, ordentlich und freundlich.

This is a clean modern hotel but a couple of things prevent me from giving more than 3 stars. First, we were surprised to go to our room upon check in and find that they provided us with a room containing two twin beds rather than one larger one. We went back to the desk and had to convince them to swap rooms. Our room was clean and spacious but we noticed that it was very warm and the safe was not working. Maintenance explained that the AC had been shut off for the season so we had to rely on opening our windows to try and cool things down a bit. Breakfast was good with a nice assortment of items. Check out was quick and easy.

Located within easy reach of the City and the Airport. Secure underground parking costing 14euro per day. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, checking in was quick and efficient. Bags taken by Porter and delivered to our room very quickly. Room was very good, large comfy bed and well appointed. On the 15th floor there is a swimming pool and bar. It is popular with guests and provides great views along with good vibes. We had the buffet dinner, 25euro per person, but you can go up as often as you like. Breakfast was very good, huge selection of different food and drink. Overall a very good one night stay.

The room was big and clean got everything. The hotel staff are professional very helpful Breakfast 17eouro if u dont book in advance if u did 12 . The location is ok because the taxies are affordable to the old city 7 eour Few restaurants around the hotel the closest are 2 sea food and another one. And one coffee place to have sweets or simple bite to eat lebon cafeteria. Not alot in the area to see.. still I got in 30 m from the airport with a taxi 25 euro make. sure it's this hotel because thier is 5 star same name hotel close by. safe place and not noisy..
