酒店古色古香，有特色，房間大。沒有桌子、沙發。酒店距離汽車站較遠，步行要二十分鐘左右＇公共交通要等的時間比較長。

Hotel muy limpio y céntrico puedes ir andando al centro y bares y restaurantes, justo enfrente del hotel está la parada de metro de Trindade desde la que puedes ir a diversos puntos de la ciudad y a otras poblaciones cercanas como al outlet de Vila do Conde también desde el metro puedes ir a Gaia y a sus bodegas de vino oporto. Desayuno correcto y personal muy amable.

Hotel ubicato nei pressi di una delle principali stazioni della metropolitana di Porto, dove si incrociano la maggior parte delle linee per andare in giro per la città. A dieci minuti a piedi si trova la zona dei locali notturni, mentre a circa 20 minuti a piedi si trovano le principali attrazioni turistiche del centro storico. Colazione giusta, senza infamia e senza lode. Mi è stata assegnata una camera al primo piano che dava accesso al terrazzo di copertura (tenuto malissimo) del piano terra dell'albergo al quale avevano accesso anche le altre camere adiacenti del primo piano. Avrei preferito una camera a qualche piano più alto, non mi sono sentito libero di dormire di notte col balcone aperto. Ingresso dell'albergo poco chiaro dalla strada visto che non c'è un'insegna che lo segnali ma solo il nome scritto accanto all'entrata. Nel complesso una buona struttura, ma non da 4 stelle.

Un accueil parfait, nous avons pu déposer nos bagages à la conciergerie avant de prendre la chambre. Un verre de porto nous a été offert le soir . Et de l’eau fraîche est proposé à l’accueil. La chambre top .

Fantastic hotel, within an amazing and privileged location in the heart of Porto. Hotel is extremely clean, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast to start your day. Upon arrival, you are treated with a welcome drink card to use during your stay, therefore, you can enjoy a nice Porto Wine. The staff is attentive and very helpful at all times. The location of the hotel is everything, close to Trindade metro station and a few steps from Aliados Avenue, Sao Bento station, Rua Santa Catarina, and many more. Do not hesitate do stay at this hotel and enjoy Porto.

Rooms were a good size and bathroom good. Noise from the road was loud and I had to check whether balcony doors were closed because it sounded so noisy. Reception staff were not very friendly nor helpful however bar staff were lovely and had good service. Breakfast was good.

Our hotel room had glass shards all over the floor when we entered, and my feet were cut open by the glass. This was reported to the night manager, and yet when we returned from visiting the city that night it had still not been properly cleaned and glass shards remained. Attached is a picture of the remaining shards. We were afraid walking around the room even with shoes, because we weren't sure if there were larger shards hidden that may cut through our shoes. This was far below our expectations for the hotel, and the management's sole apology for my injury and unsafe conditions was providing a little food for my friend since I checked out a day later than her. Completely unacceptable and very disappointed considering the price we paid we had baseline expectations for safety in the room. Would not recommend to anyone, they obviously do not value their customers' safety and wellbeing.

A fantastic hotel in a lovely city. I have maybe 17/18 visits at this hotel, and I believe that since day one I have feel in love with it. For a city hotel y, it is extremely quiet, very well located, very clean and a great accommodation for your stay at Porto. Start yourday with a great breakfast, well varied and tasty. A special mention to all the staff , that is a pure joy! They are all very polite and friendly! Do not hesitate to stay at this amazing hotel. To return and return.

Appears to be attached to a Scam. Booked accommodations through a platform and paid in full. A couple days before arrival they started messaging us to wire a deposit or they would not give access. We refused to wire money, offered to supply deposit upon arrival and that was not satisfactory - they now have my money and we have no access. Will report to BBB

We stayed here for three nights, the bedrooms and great, very comfortable beds. The en-suite shower room is a good size, I love the automatic light that comes on when you enter the bathroom. Breakfast is serve at the cafe joining the hotel. The reception staff and friendly and keen to help to share local knowledge and recommendations. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We’ll happily stay at the Hotel Porto again

had no idea what to expect. This was the central hotel for an Ebike trip for 10 people. Location was good; just slightly north of the City Hall and a 10 minute walk to the River. Other than a handful of homeless guys making their "home" nearby, it was a good locaation, clean, modern, terrific breakfast, free drink (of port) on arrival, and a 3 block walk to the bike company's facilities. Room worked very well, not much of a view; AC worked well, plenty of hot water. Overall very pleased and can recommend this highly unless your personal needs require a different location.

Stayed here as part of an EasyJet holiday with the hotel rated as 4*. If you have booked this hotel please go with a great deal of caution. The room we had for a week had a combined storage capacity of 1 drawer and 4 coat hangers in a wardrobe for a weeks clothing. The room is alright if you just stopping one or two nights not for any longer. Don't gat a front room the rad is very busy and noisy. The breakfast is a shambles with no control over how many residents had eaten or how many still to to eat and on several days they ran out of food with no scrambled eggs or juices missing from the very poor selection and on the last day no fresh baguette as they had run out. Its a very convenient location for public transport but just outside the hotel people in tents and vagrants all around. No outside areas to relax and if you want to spend some time in the hotel you can sit in the bar area but it does not open until 5pm It is at best a 2/3 star so please consider this before booking. I probably made the mistake of not reading reviews before I booked so please read this.

Absolutely fantastic! This hotel is a true gem and is very highly recommended. Next to the city centre and the Trindade metro station. It gives you direcct access to Porto airport. Staff -reception, cleaners and breakfast assistants- were all super friendly and polite, always willing to help you and answer you questions! Room was great, on the eight floor, quiet and very spacious. It was cleaned almost every day! The only drawback was the pillows-please chnage them or add two different types of pillows. Breakfast was rich and included options for every taste. I am definitely going back! Extra tip: Porto is beautiful!

The best hotel in Porto! I cannot remember the correct number of visit that i have for this hotel, however I always recall that it is the staff who makes an hotel, and they make you feel at home! Here you are extremely looked after. The rooms are extremely clean, you have a lovely breakfast and a smile from all the staff. The location is perfect and right next to Trindade Station that can lead you to anywhere in the city, and in an out to the airport. I highly recommend the hotel and my special regards to ALL the staff , Ruben, Maria Jose , Raquel, Xana are all 5*.
