酒店房間很不錯，乾淨清爽。安保也不錯，停車服務也避免了被砸窗的擔憂。因為酒店就在臨街，停車是開去專門酒店的停車場。

美國之行的少有的一個令我們都很滿意的酒店. 酒店比較新, 裝修也符合我們的口味, 服務也不錯, 位於波特蘭市中心, 周圍出行吃飯, 逛街非常方便. 過馬路就是當地的pioneer廣場. 酒店的停車場很貴 一晚要50多 我們後來就找了一家馬路對過的停車場, 一般價格. 如果有機會再去, 這家肯定是我的不二之選.

建議不要通過攜程訂酒店，因為一但訂的酒店出了影響消費者問題，攜程並不會積極為你爭取權益。該酒店深夜近11點才送來被子床單，且一夜噪音讓我一夜無眠至今未獲有效解決。

位置好，離商務街很近

房間略小，空調很冷，有些裝修的味道。酒店停車衹有valet。

Walkable area, pleasant staff. Room was acceptable for cleanliness and comfort but due for some tlc on floors, it had a loose floor board. Low supplies available for coffee/tea.

The hotel is clean and modern. The room is perfect except foe the noisy fridge. However the service is not as expected. Paid for breakfast and at 830 the first day they were already cleaning up and the assortment was limited. Second dat there was not even breakfast. I am still waiting for the promised breakfast.

Overall pretty good spot to stay in , though the last couple times we’ve stayed here, something always happens. On our most recent stay, they gave us a dirty room. Shouldn’t need to go back down to ask for a different room, but they fixed switched us pretty quick.

We book here every year for the shamrock run. It’s so convenient how close it is to race and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Good: Location was really good. Steps away from Pioneer Place Mall. Walkable to a lot food areas. Rooms were clean and look very modern and simple. Especially the bathroom. Valet guys were awesome. Also the hotel smell really nice. Bad: No free wine testing on Friday when we arrived as advertised. Bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan, so probably bring an air spray when dropping a deuce as the windows of the hotel can't be opened. I love that they have a free ice and water dispenser on each floor. We filled it up daily.Unfortunately our 7th floor was out of order so had to go down one floor, no big deal but just wanted to note that. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were just ok. No self park. Only Valet and it's at a different building. The guys were awesome but sometimes I like options of just going to my car to get something. The valet guy was kind enough to get my USB c cable for me but I felt awkward. Overall: Enjoyed our stay and will probably be our go-to place to stay when we go on a food trip to Portland. (Go to Grits N Gravy so good)

Room was wonderful! Homeless person was sitting in lobby. No restaurant and bartender had limited food so had cheese and crackers for dinner. Not safe to walk to a restaurant with only homeless people in sight. Walked half a block to go to Pioneer Square at 9:45 a.m. Monday and verbally acousted by 6’6” mental person with no one insight to help me.
