The bed was extremely comfortable but not very clean, including one of the two bath towels. Also, they advertise pool and hot tub but both are closed for repairs. Also advertised free breakfast on their sign but when I asked I was told there was no free breakfast. Spacious room.

Can use more updated entertainment or tv service. Was hard to find something I’d enjoy watching. Better in room coffee service. I stayed at places less expensive with a Kurig coffee machine. Better lighting LED lighting

Overall it was a great stay. The customer service actually made it better than expected. The room was larger than I thought it would be and bed was ok for comfort. What was disappointing though is that they no longer have hot breakfast. Even though the website says they do and the hotel sign still says they have "free breakfast for guests" that's not true. Plus no coffee or water in the lobby. Also the pool and hottub are closed. One last thing. It's very dated and much of the furniture looks banged up and dirty.

I waited 45 minutes for the shuttle. The coffee maker in room looked like it was from the 70s. No guest information card. Everything was dated and creepy. No room service due to a staffing issue. The front desk and shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful

The front desk agent was fabulous even though it was busy and crazy cus of the snow ice storm she was very calm and treat her guest well.

The recent freezing snow and ice has really challenged this facility. The staff has been wonderful.

There was a plumbing issue that caused no hot water for 8 hours, we were not compensated for inconvenience.

When first checking into the room, it still had a messy bed, trash in the trash cans, and wet towels on the floor showing that room service had not come to clean them. When given another room, there was no hot water the following morning, when i called the front desk they said "oh yeah, we're having plumbing issues. It should work soon" real nonchalantly. They should have let all the guest staying in the hotel know that what was going on. It also caused me to be late to a meeting I has scheduled waiting for hot water and not being able to wait any longer, had to leave without getting to shower. Two days later, the same issue happened again but this time when calling the front desk, it was because two of the pipes had froze due to the weather. Now, no one can control the weather but with the location of the hotel and knowing that it can get as cold as it gets there in Portland, the facility should be ready for instances such as these on top giving the guest at the hotel a call to let them know what is going on, which i did not receive. Also, not one day did I have any room service come to clean the room. There is a flyer in the room that stated if I wanted to keep the towels I was using to hang them up and all the towels on the floor would be picked up by room service. Towels, trash, nor the bed was services while there.

Dirty no breakfast and outdated furniture is dirty they use throw pillows on beds that can’t be washed and they have pet hair on them furniture is torn and just not very likely to ever stay there again and I do not recommend this to anyone with children either
