We chose this hotel for its location. Unfortunately for us it’s rained so the location was spoiled. But that isn’t the reason for the poor review. We were greeted by a request for $15 a day for the hotel car park (We had already paid in advance for the room and breakfast). The lobby and bar was full of Drs and Medical Reps for a two day convention so we had to fight our way to our room each day. We ate in the restaurant and my steak was cold and the rest luke warm. Breakfast was a buffet style and was messy, not checked and trays were empty and the worst we have had travelling. On check out we were charged again for our breakfast and the manager was condescending until she realised she was incorrect.

Everything was excellent except the bathroom facilities had issues maintaining the shower temperature and the basin mixer was spraying water onto the bench when turned on.

The environment is super nice and peaceful. My kids have much fun in the swimming pool. And the food in hotel restaurant is yummy! Definitely will come again!

Location was good, staff were friendly and helpful. However the photos of the bathroom were misleading - the shower and toilet look spacious but were narrow in reality My father was has a walker and there wasn't enough room for him to walk to the toilet. There were no shower rails for support (they were actually towel rails). So the place is not really disability friendly (though staff did provide shower chair). The mattresses were also extremely soft - making it difficult to get out of bed.

Everything was very good. Bed was little bit soft for my test but was perfect for my husband.

從黃金海岸回悉尼中途休息，正開車時接到前台打電話説房間滿了讓我換隔壁酒店住，理由是假期滿房，太可笑了，難道我不是假期去住嗎？我不同意，她們衹能讓我入住，但我已經想到給我安排的房間肯定不怎樣！果然進房間後，真的讓人太噁心了，衞生超級差，帶血漬的凳子，毛巾上的紅點（血點），地毯上的紅點污漬，床單上的毛髮和灰塵！攜程一直在幫我協調換房，説滿房了沒得換。湊合吧，我開了5個小時的車夠累了，結果關燈睡會後才是噩夢，這個房間居然在通風管道旁，通風管道就在床頭邊，一晚上都是管道通風的聲音，半夜我還感覺有人擰我的房間門把手，説到這裏，更可笑，我居然可以從我們房間走到隔壁房間，中間的門根本沒鎖，恐怖，如果不是我發現，半夜不會有人走進來吧！通風管道+門把手響動，弄的我擔驚受怕，醒醒睡睡，一夜沒睡好，早上起來我還要開車4小時回悉尼呢。早餐更是噁心，盤子都沒洗乾淨，啥都沒有，小童也不免費！天啊，再不會入住這個酒店，不知道這個酒店評價為何這麼高，又破又舊又不衞生，窗户也不能開，真的超級噁心超級不值！

我們需要浴缸，預訂的時候說明房間有浴缸，但實際入住沒有，和前台說明，前台卻表示不知道為什麼給我有浴缸的，我說我預訂的就是有浴缸，不負責，最後也沒有給我們有浴缸的，一段聖誕假期被弄得心情不好

酒店位於一個度假村裡麪，我們是自駕車到達停車非常方便，但要交付15澳元的停車費。 酒店的大堂，簡約大方，房間的數量不多 陽台就是港灣，非常美，門口停泊了很多的帆船 離酒店200米的地方有幾家餐飲，晚上還舉辦了雞尾酒的酒會，有海鮮大餐和各種扒類的可以選擇，符合我對美食的選擇要求。 當然，酒店的對面也有麥當勞等簡約快餐，能夠滿足不同消費人羣的需求。 可以選擇晚飯後沿着海岸線散步，發現很多人在夜釣！有長者還有可愛的小狗在身邊陪伴。 月光灑落在海面上，像麪鏡子，牽起了陣陣的漣漪！親子旅行，情侶都極力推薦入住！

청결도 : 전체적으로 깨끗한데, 습해서 그런지 약간의 냄새가 나더군요. 그리 문제 되루정도는 전혀 아닙니다. 내부 습도만 조절해도 없어 질 듯. 직원의 친절도 : 스텝들 모두 친절하고 좋았습니다. 시설 : 크게 부족한 건 없었지만 샤워실의 손으로 들고 씻을 수 있는 보조 샤워기가 없고, 샴푸 등의 걸이가 없어 바닥에 있는 등 아쉬운 점이 있네요. 주차 : 호텔 바로 앞 길가에 무료주차를 할수 있는데도 불구하고, 호텔 내부에 댈 경우 유료주차로 주차비를 내야 합니다 (2025. 03.17 일 현재 하루에 15 AUD) 호텔의 조경, 숙소 분위기 등은 아주 좋았습니다. 식사는 호텔 조식보다는 맞은 편 카페에서 간편하게 먹는게 맛도 좋고, 훌륭합니다.

一個很漂亮度假酒店.下次有機會還會再去！

位置極佳，緊鄰着港口，酒店內部停車15澳元/天，馬路對面有麥當勞和超市，衞生狀況還可以，晚上睡覺很安靜。
