This hotel has been some time and not refurnished. Waiting for it to be refurbished. Location is great in Bukit tinggi area.

Worth every penny. This is good hotel, and their restaurant offer good food as well. We ordered spaghetti carbonara and it tasted amazing. Their room are spacious and priced very well compared with other other in Klang and Shah Alam area. You should try this hotel, especially with your family.

I recently stayed on 13 Jun for a few days with my friends during the seminar, and while I chose this location near my seminar place, I found the cleanliness standards lacking. This was the major downside of my stay. The room didn't feel thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. The bed sheet Dirt remained and the pillow had a smell, I couldn't sleep! The next morning I asked them to change for me. during the stay, I realized they didn't clean the room and bathroom do not change their floor towel! outside the waiting lift area, the table is very dusty! This my suggestion Invest in more thorough training for housekeeping staff on attention to detail. Areas like corners, under furniture, and bathroom fixtures should receive more attention during cleaning routines. Implement regular inspections by supervisors to ensure that rooms meet a higher standard of cleanliness before guests check in. This could include using checklists to cover all areas that need cleaning. The signboard guiding vehicles into the hotel was not clear, which affected its readability. Moreover, during nighttime, the lack of adequate lighting compounded the problem, making it challenging for drivers to identify the entrance promptly. Install additional lighting around the signboard to improve visibility during nighttime arrivals. This will help drivers navigate the entrance more safely and efficiently. Ensure no obstructions are blocking the view of the signboard from the road, allowing drivers to spot it easily from a distance. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the arrival experience for guests, ensuring they can easily find their way to the hotel entrance without any inconvenience.

We had a great stay at this spacious hotel room.Variety of breakfast selection and friendly staff service.

Cleanliness and amenities are quite satisfactory. Swimming pool is quite clean. Enjoyable stay overall. Highly recommended.

Room is reasonably spacious and the bed is comfortable. No smoking rooms in this hotel. The centralized aircond system is a little bit old and sometime makes a little clucking noise when set on certain temperature for the room we stayed in. Bathroom is spacious and has adequate amenities. Parking is free in this hotel. Enjoyed the stay here.

Good service provided and good location. Had enquiry about the late checkout and they gave me additional one hour free of charge. Just that they forgot to extend that hour in room card which I had informed the receiptionist.

Nice hotel but need to improve cleanliness

The hotel exceeded expectations,offering superb accomadations and delectable cuisine with local food especially nasi lemak. Additionally the housekeeping service was excellent ,ensuring a comfortable and tidy stay throughout. Moreover the front desk staff were friendly and efficient,providing excellent service from the moment we arrival.Good jobs!

Quite a weird hotel with huge empty halls. Rooms feel quite old and don’t smell really good. Besides that, the service is good, food is ok (breakfast and dinner buffet).
