Bordoy Alcudia Port Suites

While there is so much to commend about this hotel (the cleanliness, the excellent breakfast, the beautiful pool and spa) overall I was a little disappointed. The experience fell quite far short of a 5* experience and the hotel was not value for money. There were no toiletries in the room (toothbrush, razor etc) and the water was not replaced after the first day. Outside the hotel, the streets are full of rubbish and it can be a challenge to find a parking spot.

This hotel is outstanding. Well appointed rooms, with plenty of USB ports for charging phones, etc. Wonderful, attentive, helpful staff, including Melanie, Esperanza, and Carmen in reception, and housekeeping and restaurant staff. One short block to beach. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel in Puerto Alcudia.

Very kind, highly approachable and enthusiastic staff in all depar**ents: reception, housekeeping and food & beverage High level of finishing and upkeep of the hotel, rooms, restaurant and pool. The pillow service is a good example. Well before our stay we received an email asking our preference of pillows. During the first night we noticed it wasn't the right choice. The next morning we could change it without any effort into a very good alternative. Our room, the superior double, was spacious, modern and beautiful. We also had a balcony and sea view, but the view lacking the sea would be great as well. The bed was very good. The combination of the aircon and overhead fan was perfect for temperature regulation during the night, without any noise Open the balcony door and you are in the middle of city traffic noises, close it and it's silent. Also no noise from the hallway, besides the neighbour's door maybe. The pool area offers a variety of pool beds in and out the shade in a beautiful garden as well. The a**osphere is modern and boutique The spa is not an excuse-spa but a full options wellness with sauna, steam room, halio therapy, luxury warm pool with massage zones Breakfast is luxury, big variety on offer, daily changes in the buffet with surprising options. Also luxury because of the combined offer a la carte and buffet plus very good coffee. The combination of the staff and overall experience, the high quality standards gave us the ultimate holiday feeling.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff are welcoming and helpful, we had a beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and the breakfast was outstanding. Highly highly recommend

Never have I ever asked for room service (towels, toothbrush) and had to go down to the lobby myself and pick them up. Never have I ever asked for extra blankets, was told to come down to the lobby, and was given just the bed sheets. Then had to go downstairs AGAIN to ask for the actual blankets. Excellent room and kind staff but poor service

Lovely quality boutique hotel - right in the heart of the Port area with bars, restaurants and supermarkets on the doorstep as well as the beach. Loved the a**osphere and staff, will definitely be back if we can!

4 Star at best, certainly not 5. Beds pretty basic and bit lumpy. Totally understaffed. Only one person on front desk the whole day and night, doing everything, including spa bookings and towels. Disorganised no milk or toaster in buffet, Steam room broken for whole trip etc. Pretty basic
