It’s hard enough traveling with kids out of the country but the guys at Belvedere went above and beyond. The breakfast was easy and delicious, the apartments were great for families although no balcony, and the guys at the pool went a live and behind for us with food for our kids, delicious drinks and amazing service. Oscar took so much time to recommend restaurants and day trips for us. We were treated like family from those guys and will be back to see them again!

We have just spent a fabulous few nights here for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Absolutely loved it and it has become our new favourite place!! Fantastic location - away from the crowds of Bellagio yet only a 10 minute walk into town. Fantastic service from everyone we met. Rooms were serviced everyday, breakfast was fantastic and eggs were always served hot and quickly. Had a garden room which was separate from the rest of the hotel and felt like a little oasis in its own little garden. The only thing we could think of to improve would be to have an indoor ‘bar’ area as it did feel like sitting in the restaurant corridor if you wanted to have a drink inside. Overall a little gem hidden in the hills of Bellagio - we will definitely be back!

If you are traveling to the Lake Como Region, don't miss one of the most charming towns on the Lake- Bellagio. It offers all the Lake has to offer- good food, great shopping, a beautiful lake, and one of the best hotels on the Lake, the Hotel Belvedere. We have stayed at the Hotel Belvedere twice and each time, it is clearest the best hotel we have stayed at during our entire trip within Italy. The hotel is on a serene street across from a park outside of the lake tourist area with can be overcrowded at anytime of the year. Walking to all of the attractions, the lake, restaurants and shopping is a breeze from the hotel's location. The rooms are immaculate, the grounds are manicured and beautiful, and the breakfast in the mornings in the dining room overlooking the lake add to the excellent experience and make it worth staying at the hotel. The staff are always extremely helpful and go out of their way to make every guest's experience the best it can be. If you are planning to visit Bellagio, don't stay anywhere else except the Hotel Belvedere. It is in my opinion a 5+ star hotel in every respect.

Hotel Belvedere -5* Wonderful hillside hotel at the top of Belaggio. We were in the annex in a lovely room with balcony overlooking the amazing countryside of Lake Como. Smallish room but well laid out and very comfortable. Service was impeccable. Two special “thank you’s”: 1. Felipe, the concierge, who gave us great advice on how to spend two days (one day exploring Como and the other day exploring Varenna & Villa Carlotta, then an amazing meal at Belle Ile and an 8:30pm ferry ride back to Belaggio.) 2. Diana, who serviced our room, and was so incredibly friendly and nice. Always making sure there was an extra sheet on the bed and always with a smile. Muchas gracias, Diana.

My husband and I booked this hotel for our stay in Bellagio for a couple days . Gorgeous hotel, sparkling clean, attention to detail superb. Staff is what makes this hotel fabulous . Upon entering everyone greets you ! Viktor was amazing our whole visit . Whatever we needed , he took care of us . We had a minor problem with our room , and Viktor , and the manager Cinziq immediately made things right . Moved us to another room in a timely manner , and made sure we were happy . On top of all this , the restaurant is fabulous . Food at breakfast is terrific! Food delicious and staff attentive . Close walk to restaurants and wine bars in Bellagio. Super quiet and quaint. Beautiful pool , and the views !! Just WOW!! Don’t miss this gem !💎 We will be back ! Thanks so much ! Five ⭐️!!!!

Great hotel in the cool town of Bellagio. The services offered are exceptional. Awesome swimming pool with sun deck and bar where food can be ordered. Many wonderful spa services from which to choose. Extremely clean hotel. Our room was spacious with a great bed, coffee bar, refrigerator, TV, slippers and bath robes, luxurious towels, nice shower and turn down services and view of the lake. The hotel was very quiet. The grounds are beautiful and maintained very well. Great breakfast is available. Full and self service is available with many options. Fine dining and casual dining is also options for lunch and dinner. Be sure to check out the breakfast pastries. Highly recommend this hotel in Bellagio.

Staying at Belvedere Bellagio was the best decision myself and my family made on our trip to Lake Como, the personalised service received from the moment we were picked up at the ferry port right through to our final in person goodbye with the establishments owner Giulia was nothing short of outstanding, a true 5 star experience all round. You feel the hotels family pride and legacy of making their guests a number one priority passed on through every facet of this hotel, the attention to detail is remarkable, grounds impeccable, facilities first class, dining memorable and the staff are the true definition of exceptional customer service. Having travelled extensively this is by far one of the most impressive hotels I've stayed at, congratulations Giulia and all the Belvedere Bellagio staff on delivering a truly magical experience, I will be seeing you again soon.

Room 410 on fourth floor had excellent view of the lake with windows that opened. The room is very small and dominated by an enormous bed which is actually two singles pushed together so an extremely uncomfortable ridge along the centre. Towelling robes and slippers were a welcome addition. The shower is also very small, the kind you will find in budget hotels. The toilet is right beside the window with a small basin and a small area to place toiletries, tooth brushes etc,. The breakfast is good offering a wide range of fruit, cereals and cooked food to order, however, the coffee was the worst we had tasted in Italy, although the cappuccino was fine. Delightful staff. Bar area lacks atmosphere and character. We had to request olives etc., they were not automatically provided with our cocktail order. After reading reviews and overhearing people discuss the expensive restaurant we cancelled our booking there and pleased we did. Pool area fine. Wash rooms beside the pool/bar area had no hand wash soap and strangely their location is not immediately evident. To sum up, excellent staff, good breakfast, lots of concrete but rather ‘soul-less’

Where do I even begin!? My husband and I eloped at Hotel Belvedere and it was the best decision we could have made! Our wedding day, and overall stay at Hotel Belvedere was magical and something we will never forget. From the attention to detail, friendliness and overall exceptional hospitality we received cannot be matched. The amazing grounds and staff made it hard to leave the hotel to go into town. Then there is Alice! Alice was our unofficial wedding planner/ event coordinator for the hotel. From the first couple of email exchanges we had with her we knew we were in great hands. Alice’s attention to detail, organization, communication, recommendations and overall professionalism and friendliness is exceptional! We cannot thank Alice enough for all her help making our wedding day and stay at Hotel Belvedere unreal. We are already planning our next trip back!
