STRUTTURA VERAMENTE BELLA, SITUATA NEL CENTRO DI PARENZO FRONTE MARE. FORMIDABILE. COLAZIONE,BRUNCH E LUNCH INCLUSI NEL PREZZO. PARCHEGGIO A SOLI 5 EURO CON SERVIZIO NAVETTA. OTTIMO IL SERVIZIO ALLE CAMERE. CHE DIRE. TUTTO PERFETTO !!!!

I fully agree with all the previous positive comments. Great position, amazing food and staff and lovely to be able to use the island. Now the negatives, we booked a wonderful room in the Villa Nicoletta which is part of the hotel and just up the road. We were amazed at the beautiful big room (no. 12) balcony and view. However, it’s right next door to a very noisy bar! We were so close I think my husband could have put his arm out of the window and pick up a drink! It also had multi coloured strobe lights. The receptionist was empathetic, gaily telling us that they’re always getting complaints about the noise! They moved us to a much smaller suite right next door to the hotel’s air conditioning unit so we couldn’t open our bedroom doors. What a huge disappoin**ent, they should say on the website that it can be noisy so folk can make an informed choice. We were told that we might have to pay for the ‘upgrade’ as we booked so early the room cost had gone up, ridiculous and luckily we didn’t pay. The poor receptionist kept having to ask her manager who was hiding in a back office, it would have been nice if he had come to speak to us himself given the circumstances!

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting in the heart of Poreč old town. What really made it for us is the amazing breakfast and brunch. All the food is absolutely delicious and it is very well thought through. It feels as though live goes in to their food. The selection is to die for and everything I tasted was absolutely delicious. The restaurant staff are lovely and attentive and they all work very hard. We were always greeted with a smile, they are a credit to the hotel. We love that we can use the hotel boat and access the island. This was particularly special to us and was the highlight of our trip. Poreč itself is simply stunning and it is on our list as one of our favourite places now. Thank you Valamar Riviera for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location in the center of Poreč. The rooms are very clean. The staff at the reception gave us all the necessary information. The waiters and chefs are very friendly and helpful.Phenomenal buffet, a large selection of local foods.

We stayed there for four nights and were delighted by all the staff and fantastic breakfast and their brunch/lunch from 11-13 O'clock. The only slight drawback is that there is no beach in front of the hotel, but you can use for free facilities provided by a sister hotel on St. Nicolas Island, reachable in 10 minutes by boat. Actually, we liked that part of our stay - to take a boat to St. Nicholas. In front of a hotel, there is a departure point to ferry to Venezia and other locations.

Wow did this place blow our expectations out of the water in such a great way! Wow wow wow!! We missed breakfast to catch a ferry to Venice and they pre packed a breakfast for us! They went above and beyond even when we didn’t ask. Super clean. Nice heat lamps in the bathroom and all the little extras to make you feel like you are being spoiled. 10 out of 10!!!

Fabulous place and free use of Nicolas island Porec and surrounding areas are a wonderful place to holiday , the people are so welcoming the local food is wonderful and inexpensive . Looking forward to our next visit.

This hotel is excellent. The accommodation we were allotted was very comfortable, we were not expecting the junior suite. We were expecting what we had asked for which was a double room with a balcony. The breakfast menu catered for all tastes and the presentation was excellent. The restaurant staff were very smart, most polite and very helpful. The end of our ten day stay came all too soon. Thanks to all the staff, especially the Reception staff, who made our stay so enjoyable. We hope to return again next year.

This Hotel definitely deserves a 5 star rating.The cleanliness of all the bedrooms and public place are exceptional.The buffet breakfast was excellent most of it cooked to order.Also they do a Buffet brunch which as the Breakfast does includes Champagne!! In the evening from 17:00 to 18:00 there a free Champagne hour, all included in your holiday price. The hotel is situated at the far end of the marina with close access to the old town and plenty of restaurants because this hotel is in the Valmar group you get a free pass to use the ferry to the sister Hotel on the island and the use of all their facilities. Porec old town has a variety of restaurants and shops for you to peruse also along the marina. There is a variation of boat trips to take you around the coast. We did the dolphins watch and the trip to Rovinj. it is also possible to take a day,s boat trip to Venice.
