Excelente atendimento da equipe de staff do hotel deste o check in e durante a estadia. Sempre solícitos e simpáticos. Quanto ao quarto era simples e limpo. Muito silencioso, sem barulhos de corredor e rua. Café da manhã muito simples, esperávamos mais pois sempre comemos muito bem em Ponta Grossa. Pão estava seco e poucas frutas no café da manhã.

Hotel muito velho, o quarto até estava limpo mas ainda cheirava môfo. O agua quente do chuveiro acabou as 19h.
O cafe da manhã é razoavel.

Muito confortavél, café da manhã bastante variado e de qualidade. O prédio é muito bonito e silencioso, se destaca pela arquitetura. Quarto limpo e agradável, ao chegar e ao sair recebe ajuda com as malas dos funcionários, o serviço de quarto é rápido e a contento.
