Hotel Visagi

Simply cannot fault this hotel, and for a very reasonable price you get a nice clean room and basic facilities. Our room had an amazing view of Mount vesuvius that you could see from the bed. Fantastic! Reception team are extremely helpful and always happy to assist. Breakfast is basic but very cheap. €3 per person. Coffee very nice indeed. You can buy drinks for a good price at the bar. A bottle of red was €10 with glasses. Only negative was the location which is not great if you want to walk into town. You can walk there, but it's a main road. I have not let this affect our score though because that was my fault for not researching, not theirs! There is a free underground car park if you have a car. Overall this is perfect to visit the sites etc and a very welcoming hotel.

We stayed here when we were in Pompeii and although a short walk to the city centre was a very pleasant hotel. It was not expensive and was very friendly. Nice breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. TV and wifi was included

Soggiornato per 5 notti. Personale molto gentile, cortese e disponibile, pulizia di camera e ambienti comuni eccezionale. Colazione buona sia dolce che salata. Assolutamente consigliato. Centro di Pompei raggiungibile in 10 min a piedi

Arrivati in questo hotel siamo subito stati accolti da Ciro che si é subito messo a nostra disposizione.la stanza era confortevole e comoda ma soprattutto sempre pulita. La posizione molto strategica per spostars al centro,alla stazione,Città e litoranea. anche Lucia un altra delle receptionist si è messa subito a disposizione per trovare un noleggio vicino ,é stata molto attenta nel gestire un momento di nostra difficoltà.E alla fine Mario sempre pronto a dare ottimi suggerimenti sulle mete più belle da visitare !grazie ragazzi,ritorneremo!

Hotel molto carino e pulito. Comodo per visitare Pompei, ma anche vicino a Napoli con l’auto. Personale cordiale e disponibile, in particolare vogliamo ringraziare Ciro, per i consigli e la simpatia. Cirooooo ci dispiace non averti trovato al check out per salutarti, buon lavoro a te e a tutto lo staff!

Ottima struttura, pulizia accurata, personale disponibile e professionale pronto a risolvere ogni imprevisto. La posizione è strategica e poco distante dal centro. Buona e assortita la colazione con dolce e salato. Un grazie a Ciro anima della reception.

Nie wieder!!!!! Bei Anreise hat zunächst unser zugeteiltes Zimmer extrem nach Rauch gerochen, daher fragte ich umgehend nach einem Zimmerwechsel, da es für mich undenkbar war, für 5 Nächte in einem solchen Zimmer nächtigen zu müssen. Dies verneinten die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption jedoch und boten uns lediglich ein Zimmer unter unserer Kategorie und nur für eine Nacht an. Anschließend hätten wir wieder in das nach Rauch stinkende Zimmer umziehen dürfen. Erst nachdem ich *********** kontaktiert hatte, bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer. Des Weiteren sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass das mehr als spärliche Frühstück im Zimmerpreis inkludiert war. Am Empfang bei Check in und morgens beim Frühstück wurde uns von den Mitarbeitern nichts gegenteiliges mitgeteilt. Ebenfalls wurde nicht nach einer Zimmernummer gefragt. Am Morgen der Abreise dann die Ernüchterung - das "Hotelfrühstück", bestehend aus einem Croissant, einem Kaffee (der nochmal Extra kostete) und, wenn man wollte, abgepackten Käse, war nicht inkludiert. Die meisten Mitarbeiter des Hotel sprachen kein Wort Englisch und versuchten es auch nicht mal. Sie sprachen mit uns Italienisch, als ob es selbstverständlich ist, dass jeder Tourist die Landessprache beherrscht. Leider wurde zu allem Übel auch noch mein Tablet aus dem Safe, der eigentlich abgeschlossen war, aber für den jedes Hotel einen Notfallkey besitzt, geklaut und die Hotelmitarbeiter wissen bis heute von nichts. Finger weg von diesem Hotel!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamontrovati molto bene. La prima notte ho trovato un cuscino molto alto e duro ma non volendo fare richieste mi sono arrangiata imbittendo una federe con una coperta che si trovava nell'armadio e facendomi un cuscino più basso. Io giorno successivo, al rientro in camera ho trovato il cuscino alto sostituito da un cuscino basso portato apposta per me vista l'imbottitura di salvataggio che avevo usato la sera prima. L'hontrovato un gesto enormemente cortese e di grande attenzione al cliente, soprattutto perchè non ho dovuto neanche chiedere ma hontrovato già risolto il mio problema. Gesti come questo fanno trascorrere un soggiorno speciale oltre che già piacevole per gli altri aspetti dei servizi della struttura.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti ed è stato tutto molto accogliente. Mio marito è in sedia a rotelle e la struttura è completamente accessibile tramite ascensore. È dotata di parcheggio per alcune macchine, forse un po' stretto ma a noi Ciro lasciava sempre il posto migliore. Anche il bagno in camera era accessibile. Il wc non aveva il buco frontale ma per pochi giorni ci siamo adeguati. Ottima la pulizia e buona la colazione. Gentilezza ed accoglienza le parole d'ordine.
