Sam makes sure your stay is as easy as it should be , Very nice motel and area it’s clean quiet and comfortable. The beach is easy to get to and a very nice wide beach.Will def stay again.

It’s old Florida, which we love. The owner Sam, was the perfect host. He treated us like family. You’re a five minute walk to the beach where you can enjoy a meal over looking the ocean or a drink at the tiki bar. We only stayed the one night as we were booked for a cruise the next day and we’ll be staying here again next year. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend this little piece of Florida to anyone.

Sam, the owner, was fabulous. You can tell that he cares about his guests very much. He took the time to go through the unit and point out everything that you would need to know. Unit was very clean and you could tell that he has been doing improvements on the place. Very pleasant stay.

Perfect place. 5 minutes to the beach. 10 to restaurants. The manager Sam will do what it takes to make your stay enjoyable. And the pool was great

Just as advertised. Sam made our check-in very easy when arriving late, and he was very helpful with recommendations (Ask him about Ride Circuit ride share.) and checking out. If you like unpretentious, Pelican is the place for you!

Very budget friendly accommodations with many perks! Free parking, walking distance to all pompano beach has to offer. Tiki bar with live entertainment next door. Pool is great. Cannot say enough about Sam the manager. Will bend over backwards for you
