It was a totally adequate apartment at a very fair price. The sofa was very uncomfortable.. Everything was functional but there was no luxury to be seen.Communication with management was almost non existent unless they wanted something from me.

Shower doors were off the track and were very hard to open. Sofa was horrible to sit on comfortably and should be replaced!! TV’s were almost impossible to get channels on. Both TV’s worked differently and should have instructions on how to use. I am not familiar with Roko TV.

Three stars instead of four because we were not made aware all communication would be through text. I thought the first message for sign in was a scam. The apartment was minimally furnished and equipped but suitable. Lighting in living room terrible; other rooms fine. Location was close to grocery and variety stores and main highway & short drive to waterfront.

The apartment is very pretty and spacious with nice furniture. Very comfortable stay and parking right in font of our door.
When you book the place you get a text message without warning from an unknown number asking you to fill in a form with your info and credit card and you can't tell if it's spam or not. Very confusing as ******* doesn't warn you about it.
There were two days that there was maintenance done in the property without any warning. We had to walk around people painting the stairs. Another day we got a message that the door of the apartment we were staying was going to be painted and we had to be careful.
Other than that stay was smooth and pleasant.

Great community really presentation nice kitchen leaving room great looking including the bathroom really nice and quiet areas and clean by providing enough essential specially bath items towels The AC run really cool and nice . I only have issues with the bed as we walks in 11/18/23 it’s was present really nice at first until the next days as I brought my bedsheets as I’ve been told when I get ready to change that when we realize the bed did not clean cleaned well cause hair were all over & under the sheets and air dust came in from the A/C but my husband and I were able to get most removed as we changed our sheets but we had fun

Pros: The property and room were very clean. Bed was comfy. Communication was great but too many text messages. This maybe due to no front desk to speak with at the property.
Cons: Maintenance worker pressure cleaning sidewalk in front of room door early in the morning leaving a puddle of water to step in. There's no way to sleep in on vacation through that noise with no notice or warning.
Other than that, will recommend for couples and families for a safe and clean space to sleep. There is no pool or anything for the children to do. There was a little space in the back of the building that offered a grill and a place to sit.

I really like the ideal of it being near a lot of eateries and not far from Federal highway which is a major streer. Only thing I would suggest a new mattress because the one there sinks in the middle so you have to sleep on edge.. over than that I enjoyed my stay!
