Location is good, very close to beach bus there issue in cooling in ac. No cooling at all

Stay was good, rooms were clean, as discussed amenities were provided but they should inform us about the room service. Overall good experience and view.

You need to keep the location aside, however all other properties also have same advantage. Problem here is the service. Roma do not lock properly, they doors are shaky and broken, water was getting stagnated on washroom floor, water pressure was giving a feel of a slum, toilet failed to flush on day 2, in terms of amenities, multiple reminders for housekeeping and towel changes, they were not even replacing floor mats on daily basis, when i asked to replace dirty glasses the next day, a boy came and washed the glasses in the room’s washroom only with only water in front of me ) the restaurant in property do not serve at room, they could not properly cook a fish or chicken properly. My worst stay in palolem and the most expensive one too. Art resort provides great service and food, cocos is very clean and restaurant is awesome. Management needs to invest in people and staff here.

Please don't stay at this resort rat, lizard, horrific insect bite, mosquitoes bites all night, no room service u have to go office told them then they clean no bed sheet & no pillow cover change. Rat coming at night roaming on bed. Horrific experience & bathroom dirty & Unhygienic bathroom room

Worst experience location is good but there is no staff, toilet was not proper, no restaurant please remove this from mmt as this will lose reputation of mmt. When told to change room but didn't have any positive response 02 nights was horrible. As room was not good we spend all day time in sight seeing.

The resort is near to the beach and you could hear the sound of waves. There are plenty of eateries nearby. You can choose the rooms according to your requirements.

This resort has no one to take care. From the beginning till the end, no one cared to even come near us. There was no one even to shift our luggage from and to our car. We did everything ourselves. They didn't even ask our id proofs. The wooden cottages are terrible, very old and pathetic. Only exception is its proximity to the sea. The location is lovely and lively, but the resort is not like a resort at all. Looks like they have earned from it for many years, more than their expectations and now they don't care if they get guests or not. Their concentration is mainly on foreigners. Indians are of no importance to them. I don't recommend any kind of guests, especially indians to go there.

The only good thing about this place is location. Food is below average. Staff is careless or rather rude sometimes. Rooms or rather huts are in bad shape and lack basic facilities. The one i stayed at had gaps in the front door, bathroom door did not lock, bathroom had huge hole at the bottom to drain out water. All kinds of insects ranging from mosquitoes to cow warms would enter in bathroom. Even i spotted a frog in the bathroom and had to throw it away. And of course there was lizard. Fan did not have regulator, so it was either full speed or no fan at all. There was no housekeeping done over my 3 nights stay. So that explains their cleanliness standard. Basic things like drinking water and toiletaries are provided only once at check-in. Car parking is limited and is very difficult to access. There’s no specific boundary to this resort, people from nearby resort use the roads between the room to access beach causing nuances. And of course cows roam freely in the premises.
