Incentro Rooms

We were bitterly disappointed by our experience with Incentro. Upon arrival (after a number of earlier discussions with management), we only then discovered that the room we had booked and paid for was unavailable. An alternative room was provided, which was noisy, stuffy, with broken fixtures, stained furniture and extremely dated fitout (early 1980s – see accompanying photos). Polignano was full so we were left thinking we had no alternative. Despite the extremely large difference in amenity condition, Incentro refused to provide us with a discount, saying it was the same value because there was a second shower and kitchen, and offered us “free” breakfast (which we had already prepaid for anyway in our original booking). We can think of nothing positive to say about our experience. We feel completely ripped off. We have to give one star to register this review, but would prefer to apply zero. Put simply, Incentro did not deliver what we had paid for. We would recommend that future prospective guests consider other alternatives.

De ontvangst was zeer charmant en vriendelijk, ook als je vragen had waren de dames meteen bereikbaar. En deze kamers zijn perfect gelegen om Polignano te ontdekken. Maar voor 250 € per nacht per kamer verwacht ik toch meer. 1. Vers water de t****e dag 2. Opgemaakte bedden en kamer de t****e dag 3. Mogelijkheid tot koffie maken?. Je kan ook een ontbijt voucher kopen, maar dan moet je er wel voor 10u30 zijn… Soit, persoonlijk vind in de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet correct.

Le camere di questo bed & breakfast in pieno centro sono arredate in maniera eccezionale e di gran gusto. Tutto è studiato nei particolari e nei colori. Le camere sono ampie e il bagno è molto confortevole. Buona la colazione anche se servita in un bar con tavoli all’aperto in una bellissima piazza in centro a 150 metri dalla camera. Complimenti all’host Giorgia e a suo padre per l’accoglienza. Unici piccoli appunti sono il servizio pulizie e riassetto camera e bagno che non viene effettuato e che potrebbe almeno prevedere un cambio asciugamani e un riassetto del letto visto il prezzo della camera non troppo economica. Grazie comunque per il bel soggiorno
