Perfect place to rest in Pokhara after 5 days trekking. The service here was fantastic, we arrived long before check in time but a room was made available within 10 minutes. The receptionist was so helpful during our stay, she arranged the laundry service and then helped us to arrange a new bus ticket to Chitwan when we missed our early morning bus. The coffee shop downstairs is a bonus and they even brought it up to our room. The room was spacious, clean and had excellent double views of the mountains!

Nice hotel quality fittings and very attentive professional staff. Great views at the back room 302 Breakfast was large in offering and a good choice well presented. Coffee very good too A warm sunny front courtyard for colder days. Well situated for a short walk to all the shops and restaurants you require. Nearby bike hire and washing services a bonus. Excellent customer service- accomodating and willing to fix anything/requests. Bfast was decent and well located. Room was comfortable- working room temp and water heater (excellent for the cold weather) this is a hotel that offers great value for money. Kudos to the staff. Thank you! I will stay again.

It was very pleasant stay. Services were outstanding. All of the staffs were very friendly and understanding. I would definitely come back and stay again in this hotel. Price was also very reasonable and they do include free breakfast i.e, buffet style and it was delicious.

10 mins walk to the Lakeside shopping area. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Definitely recommend.

Back at Lake Star again This is my favorite place in Pokara The rooms are fine and modern,but the biggest benefit is the staff Super helpful and with a huge focus on service. They deliver above and beyond. The restaurant is really nice and the bar is also nice,but it is the staff that makes this place come alive

Our double room with breakfast was very comfortable, a good sized bathroom, Air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, desk and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and helped with bag storage while we trekked for 9 days and express laundry on our return. An easy walk down to the Main Street. The breakfast was the only let down.

Good size room. Good mountain view from my room. Excellent clean bathroom, few options for indian veg, very good staff. Lovely location. Easy access to lake side. East access to market and lots of options for resturants and bar nearby. Value for money. I will suggest try higher floors for good view.

We stayed here before and after our Annapurna Basecamp trek and would highly recommend it. Great location for Pokhara's sights and restaurants/shops. Comfortable rooms with a good shower and very friendly and helpful staff.

Very Nice. About a half mile from shopping area but on a nice quiet street. Food was very good in the restaurant and very good service. There was also a cafe to get coffee and soda other than mealtimes. The cafe had some outdoor seating as well. It was also nice that guests could sits outside and relax if they wanted.
