Lots of " outside noise " I.E ....doors slamming all the time . People up at all hours of the night and you can hear evey movement on the floor above you .

Don’t go to that hotel this is a BS hotel. I went there on October 6-2023 I waited 2 hours to get a clean room. And the manager and other staff members were fighting. The place smells. And they have a lot of junkies. They don’t organize. I supposed to check in at 3 pm I went to the place at 6 PM my room wasn’t ready. They give me room 407 went inside dirty. I talk to them they have changed it for room 406 still the same thing. Wait about 2 hours to get a room to rest. Please don’t go there. And ******* u need to take that place out of your App.

The smell of the room was musky/smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking unit. The breakfast was advertised as having fruits, muffins, etc. they only had a few optionals granola bars. Hardly a breakfast for children.

It wasn't a bad stay. The lobby smelled like ****, and Friday night was loud. Other than that, my room was clean and what I expected.

The hotel is quiet and safe. Staff efficient and pleasant. The hallway carpeting needs shampooing badly

There were bugs in the room, the hallway was filthy. It was noisy, couldn't sleep. No one at the front desk to check-in or check-out.

Stay was terrible. No working elevator. My room was 316. Have medical issues which made it difficult to talk up and down stairs with my 3-year old daughter. There was an Oder in room. No real breakfast. No water or juice for children. No coffee in room.

The location is convenient. A mall is close to the hotel. Elevator is out of service and the room doesn’t have a hair dryer. Front staff is not friendly.

They charged my credit card for US$265.00, claiming that I smoked in the room. I NEVER SMOKED. I DONT SMOKE. I HATE CIGARETTES. It's fraud, theft, theft. The receptionists are lying. I can prove with a medical exam that I don't smoke.
