Belle hotel, piscine, restaurant a la carte excellent et chambre spacieuse.
Par contre la plage pleine de sargasses et pas la plus jolie de playa del carmen.
Deçus du petit dejeuner peu varié
Enfin nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié le fait de donner une addition apres chaque repas ou chaque verre commandé dans un livret noir afin de laisser un pourboires.
Cela semble imposé et pas correct car All Inclusive!

A great value property. A mix of older clientele and families mostly from the U.S. We really enjoyed the facilities and the service. Buffet food was decent but lacked a bit of variety. The property is clean and well-maintained but starting to show it's age. Restaurant staff was very accommodating of our allergies.

We had a good experience at this resort overall but we there were some disappointments. It was clean, well cared for and the staff were friendly. Porfi is an excellent concierge. He made us feel welcome and appreciated. Where the resort disappointed us was the lack of entertainment compared to other resorts. They cater more to retired people who prefer a quieter resort. The reset is very quiet after 9 pm. So if you want to party and dance every night, this is not the place for you. However if you want to relax and rest and not be crowded in the pool, then this is the spot. For us it was too quiet. Had we known we would have gone elsewhere. Buffet was just ok but the restaurants were above average. The Pizza restaurant in the early evening by the pool was delicious. Overall good experience.

This resort was beautiful, pools were awesome and rooms very comfortable. The negatives for me were the breakfast buffet and after one evening of eating there we stayed with the pool grills for food which was awesome! There is not much in regards to evening entertainment ….this resort has the perfect locations by the pools to offer live music and dancing but they close up the bars/grills at 6p each night.

First, this property is mostly time share rooms and the people come every Saturday, so if you arrive in a different day of the week Saturday you have to pack your bags and change your room. Our new room had problem with the water, we had only hot water, which was getting very hot when you shower and with two small kids was kind of dangerous,
The remote control for the TV wasn’t working and we told the front desk who did not do anything.
Second, there is only one little buffet, with very poor choices, our local buffet is three times bigger with a lot more choices. They had two nice but small restaurants for dinner and if you are lucky you can make reservations.
Overall I would NOT recommend this place!

We had a very relaxing vacation here The staff were all very friendly We did have to change rooms due to time share people coming in but our second room was ocean front which was amazing. The only issue was getting our fridge stocked with water We had to ask a few times. Small beach area but that’s not their fault Erosion has dwindled it. Would definitely recommend

We went as a group of 9. We had a great time. Staff was great at the pool and at the beach. Abraham was very attentive as our concierge. Check in/out was easy. Food was good. The beach was a little disappointing but not their fault. We felt really no pressure for the timeshare part and if we did, we just said we weren't interested. There were a couple of things that were frustrating. We had 3 different rooms in 3 different buildings when we requested to at least be near eachother, but we made it work. The other really frustrating part was the pools. I understand it's a timeshare property but it's also advertised as a family friendly property. Our kids (and husbands) got spoken to almost evey day. They were playing catch with a foam football that we purchased at the resort not near anyone else, they made sure to be polite and aware. There were multiple older people that reported them each day. My suggestion is make one of the pools adult only and one family friendly so families can make memories on their vacations, especially around school vacation weeks. They were just trying to be kids. We weren't the only ones who were spoken to either. Another thing was you aren't supposed to hold chairs at the pool or beach, that doesn't hold true. A lot of people went down early in the morning and placed towels on loungers/chairs, especially at the pool (one of them being people that complained about the kids playing). Other than that, our stay was great and will probably return
