Un hotel renovado, zonas comunes preciosas y modernas, pero las habitaciones necesitan actualización ... Suelos muy viejos, olor a tuberías ... Pero las camas muy cómodas !!

La musica a veces se apaga tarde, pero todo bien, aqui se acuesta muy tarde. El desayuno es lo mejor q he visto en la vida, abundante, increible. Las habitaciones tiene debil insonoracion. Vecino mal educado, cierra la puerta muy fuerte en medianoche. Pero es un hotel exelente!

Ein hotel nahe Ballermann, nur paar Schritte entfernt. Der coolste Ort ist der Pool an dem täglich ein DJ spielt. Die drinks an der Bar sind super lecker und das Frühstück frisch und vielfältig. Auch das Mittagessen ist sehr lecker. Ein Manko ist das die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind und die Duschen eine Überarbeitung erfordern, das Wasser fließt aus der Dusche raus und überflutet das Zimmer. Mitarbeiter an der lobby sind sehr nett und freundlich.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Bierkönig, dennoch abseits des Lärms. Die Renovierungsarbeiten wurden nur oberflächlich durchgeführt.

This is our second time to this hotel. Can not fault it, so relaxing in beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff, especially the manager very helpful and welcoming. Food yummy. Rooms spacious and clean. Fantastic views especially from our room 414. Hope to see you all soon

The food and staff are amazing here. My partner and me had the 3 course set menu and it was fantastic. It was that good, we went for lunch the next day. Highly recommend

This hotel was pretty nice, clean and friendly staff. The single room was ok but the bed was not too comfy and people coming home drunk all night slamming doors and yelling was annoying. It seemed 99 percent German as I never heard anyone speaking English. The dj music was a bit over the top I thought but not too bad while enjoying the pool. Breakfast was great and the location was ok near the airport. I stayed 2 nights and moved to Palmanova a much nicer area in my opinion.

First the positives, hotel very well presented and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfy. Pool beds also extremely comfortable. Food in restaurant reasonably priced. Now the negatives. Breakfast in the morning, great selection but the cooked breakfast items were cold. Also, 'hot' water for tea was lukewarm at best. Pool was closed and no reason given even when a direct question was asked. No English speaking channels on TV and when requested we got - CNN!! Plenty Spanish (of course) and lots of German. Also on the printed restaurant menu, the only translation was in German. Now to the music, we were bombarded with very loud "techno" for at least 12 hours per day, playing over the pool area but also evident in the pool view rooms. Not exactly the relaxing atmosphere we were looking for. On our last night, it went on till 2320. Despite it being a lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff, we won't be back.

Perfekt stay off .. lots of fun! Nice food and good people.. rooms are very clean and it’s very close to all party locations. Music and the shows are very amazing. Drinks are very good and the stuff of the bar are very nice.

Horrendous hotel staff and management unfriendly and unhelpful.walls are like paper can hear everything in corridor’s and other rooms.party’s held In people’s room and noting done about the noise .no air con was turned on when asked for it on they declined to do so .and the noise of the music at the pool is awful wouldn’t mind if it was good music but it’s terrible an plays until 11pm .we thought if we sat away from the dj box it would be too bad but there was speakers the whole length of the pool .definitely would not recommend this hotel

Took a birthday trip with my bestie here. As two 30+ women we throughly enjoyed our stay. Out of season this hotel only had respectable adults staying. Breakfast was 10/10. Beautiful outdoor area to eat. Nice room size and bathroom we had room 501 which had beautiful views and the last of the sun before it set. You have to pay for the safe per day and need cash for beach towel deposit at €10 - €1 thereafter to change them. Breakfast and bed stay through easyJet. Good value 5 nights. I suggest just getting a cab to the airport if your flight is early. Just pay extra or you’ll be at the airport 3am for a 7am flight. Hotel is clean and modern. Pool was lovely but only real complaint is there was no music so we only had 1 pool day here out of 4 and ventured else where for a vibe. Only thing that let the hotel down. Great location and not far from the airport. I visited Magaluf in May and the ***** is not for me! Young teenagers early 30’s running around drunk etc and pervy security guards. Magaluf off season is amazing especially the ***** by the beach by day. I would return to this hotel if I visited again.

Basic hotel, clean. The staff were amazing, hard working and friendly. The bedrooms are too small and very noisy/ dark. Paper thin walls and doors slamming all night long. Hotel itself is tired looking, needs refresh. Sunloungers were plentiful but not very clean/some broken. Breakfast was very good although not hot/ warm, the pool area is the jewel of the hotels crown. A lot of holidaymakers made the most of it, which was great to see. The constant music was on a loop, so heard the same songs everyday, and at times was way to loud. Had to talk loudly yo be heard.

This hotel is really nice .. the rooms are basic, but fine. The pool area , reception and particularly the staff are lovely. The food in the hotel is great , really well priced and really nice. The hotel even has its own beach, we did get bit a LOT and we're told by another guest they had to change her mattress as she had 37 bites. Now for the down side .... if your over the age of 35 this hotel is not for you. Trance style music played loud all day long until 11pm, people running up and down corridors all night, slamming doors and screaming. Local area ... if you are not German they don't care and don't cater for you. As an English couple there was absolutely nothing for me and my partner, all the bars are German, all the food places are German. All the people are German.
