Hotel Parque la Paz

Good all round hotel, clean with friendly staff, we stayed bed and breakfast but the English breakfast was a let down, went down the road to buzz bar, good breakfast, rooms spacious, I would stay here again but not in even numbers, we stopped in room 124 facing an alleyway where all deliveries were waking us early in the morning, pool good.

this was our third visit to Parque la Paz and we were not disappointed, rooms had all been refurbished to a high standard and were bright and airy, great size for 3 adults, nice little touches like washing up liquid and cloth in kitchen area plus little soap bars and body wash in shower in bathroom, great size walk in shower with massive shower head, beds super comfortable aswell, all staff we came across were pleasant and helpful, all in all great time had by all, so much so we have already booked for next April, thank you all

been going here for more than 23 years i have seen alot of changes as you would expect ie the rooms have all been updated to a superb standard many of the staff have come and gone but all the staff still the same , very polite and helpful always very clean and the food is excellent many many choices to your liking plenty of sunbeds no more getting up at 6am to get them lol tania and her staff do a excellent job would recommend to anyone that would like a enjoyable family holiday in the sun

This is our second visit to the hotel. The rooms are very clean and modern. Nice pool area. You got several bars that back onto the hotel. When you come out, the hotel turn right and walk straight down, which will lead you to the beach. If you turn right again, that will take you to lots of shops and fantastic restaurants. You can go all inclusive here, but both times we have been self-catering. We booked through Jet2, so our transfer time was roughly 25-30 minutes. All the staff at the hotel are very kind and welcoming. Would stay here again.

We stayed for a week recently and had a ground floor room overlooking the pool, with two sun loungers on the terrace and a gate to access the pool. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything you could need for a self-catering break. There was even a Nespresso coffee machine however only one coffee pod per person was supplied, you had to supply/buy your own after that. We were self-catering so can’t comment on the meals however we did buy food at the pool bar a couple of times and that was nice and a reasonable price. There were plenty of sunbeds however despite signs stating that beds must not be reserved with towels, plenty had towels on from about 8:00am with nobody using them until way past 11:00am. When leaving we asked the Jet2 rep about keeping the room beyond the 11:00am checkout time and he advised we could but would need to ask reception on the morning of departure. We did this only to be told that the morning of departure was too late, we should have asked earlier, so this is worth bearing in mind. There is a shower room that you can use though so it wasn’t too much of a problem and saved us some money at least. The bad - cockroaches – maybe it was because we were on the ground floor, I don’t know, but we had a few cockroaches in our room. First one in the wall cupboard when I opened it to get a wine glass - I drank the wine from a cup instead. Next day a rather large one in the bathroom – a call to reception and housekeeping arrived with a can of spray – she went into the bathroom and shut the door, lots of banging and toilet flushing followed before she came out and declared it gone. We opened the bathroom door 5 mins later and it was in the doorway (or was this a 2nd one?) albeit on its back, wiggling its legs in the air! Luckily, we had been left with the killer spray. Our last day and my partner opened his bedside drawer and it had a cockroach running round inside – he quickly slammed it shut again and when I opened it 2 mins later armed with the spray, it was gone. 15 mins later there was one (same one?) in the shower. I can just about cope with them contained in the bathroom but the thought that one was running by our heads whilst we slept was a bit too much, good job it was our last morning as I’m not sure I would have slept much another night! Overall it wasn’t a bad hotel and I possibly would stay again, if I got a good enough deal, but probably not on the ground floor.

Myself and my partner was at the hotel for a anniversary brake. We had been travelling since 2:30 in the morning so the first day when we arrived we got to bed about 10:30. The following day we went on a day out and on our return we went to the room but our room card was not working. Went to reception and after 15 min waiting was advised management wanted to speak with us. We then got accused of having a late night part and being sick from the balcony. When I explained we were in bed by 10:30 and this simply was jot us they were rude and issued us with a warning. I have since sent the hotel an email asking this be fully looked in to and cctv checked and they advised this simply was us and that they’re was nothing to check. They had no compassion or understanding and were so rude and unhelpful. You can not go throwing accusations around like this to your guests when there is simply no truth in it. Seems like your night security need to act on things as soon as they are reported in the north and not leave it till the next day. I simply will not be returning to this hotel and will not be recommending it to any of my friends that travel to Tenerife regular.

Hotel nice, clean, nice staff. Location excellent. Lots of restaurants and bars all-round. and groceries stores/ supermsrkets. Don't know about the hotel's food because we were selv catering and dining out almost every night We had an apartment on the ground floor, facing pool and the pool area is rather noisy but I can understand that in the daytime with children having fun. There are other sunbathing areas away from the pool which are quieter. Things to complain about: we found the beds too soft and the ever ending story about the lackf a decent chair in apartment, same as in almost every hotelapartment..The sofa-bed is not comfortable to sit on watching TV or knitting/ reading etc. It can't ruin a hotel's budget to put 1-2 chairs in the living room. Then I'd like a shoe rack, easier for the cleaning lady, and some more shelves for clothes would be convenient.

Fantastic hotel, rooms are gorgeous, the no air con wasn't a problem in may but think it would be a nightmare high season, drinks fab, staff all lovely? Entertainment guy was very funny and entertaining? We r rebooking for same time next year.

Just returned from a ten night holiday to parque la paz we could not fault this hotel at all a very clean modern hotel with very spacious apartments but unfortunately no air con but they do have two large ceiling fans all the staff at this hotel are fantastic and all of them are very hardworking the two barmen in the evenings Alexander and Igor always remember your drinks when you go to the bar they both work so hard and are such friendly young men the maids do an excellent job cleaning your room the food is excellent you would never go hungry at this hotel we stayed all inclusive and there’s just so much food all day long until 11 pm in the evening the location is great near to shops bars and restaurants and not far from the beach we would definitely return to this hotel if going to Tenerife again and we would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great hotel and good location in Tenerife keep up the good work parque la Paz
