HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife

I stayed here with a family of seven from the ages of five to eleven.. We had excellent entertainment every night with something for the whole family. The karaoke, quiz nights and acrobatics were excellent. Our family favourite was the magic show..

Absolutely brilliant experience with my friends from Scotland, the staff is really friendly, food was really nice, bungalow lovely and great experience with the entertainment, Lucy is so charming and nice, we can't wait to come back VIVA ITALIA, gracias y hasta luego!

We travelled from Bergen to Tenerife with my family, grandmother, aunt, uncles and many cousins to enjoy a wonderful week with many happy experiences together. We enjoy our stay and will absolutely going back in some years!❤️ Thanks a lot.

Our experience in the hotel was brilliant. We loved everything about it, the food , drink , bungalows were amazing. The bar staff and animation staff were first class. Great acts and always a smile on their faces. Will definitely be back! Ps love Luca ❤️ xx

Hotel is nice, rooms feel like homes… Very clean places and food is exelent You will never get hungry here! Animation team is fantastic. Matteo is an amazing guy and i recomend talking to him even tho he can seam scary, he is an teddy bear if you get to talking to him. Pools are clean and activities range from age 1-80. I can 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Teneriffe in the south!

We loved our stay. Travelled with friends and kids. The activities the hotel provided for adults and kids were perfect. Matteo made our stay truly enjoyable as well as Luca with yoga and aqua gym. Happy to recommend Matteo for any activity that needs guest relations!

The hotel well situated short walk from almost everything Maid service 6 days a week Rooms are good and clean and fairly modern our apartment was a 2 bedroom one with 2 singles TV and a PlayStation the other with a double bed. A reasonable size living room containing a pull-out bed surprisingly quite comfortable large tv with only 2 English channels Sky News and BBC news small kitchen with almost everything you will need Bathroom consisting of a good shower plus rain shower no issues with hot water but no bath Main pool a decent size however be aware no inflatables are allowed and also not heatedAnimation team good and friendly Dining area nice and modern food is quite reasonable and cooked well with quite a few option snacks apart from meal times consisting of small bags of chips and a few cold sandwiches Drinks cold are serve yourself self at the bar same with the beer Coffee machines also at the bar area Wifi seemed to be good in the room and around the pool area first few days but seemed to have a few issues in the evening on the last few days Bad points not many Food although well-cooked is quite repetitive Coffee machines are quite poor often running out of milk Morning cold drinks are very watery The entertainment area needs a small revamp big fern plants in pots look nice and no issue whilst Dining however they do restrict the view for large areas of the stage for the evening shows Be aware that some apartments have tiled steps leading up to them which can be fairly slippy and tight walking up and down them especially when carrying suitcases they are lit up in the evening but did notice early morning lights had been switched off All in all holiday was enjoyed staff are great and helpful Would I stay there again Definitely a yes

ROOM Stayed in a an Emblem Premier Villa. Room was clean and recently modernised. You’ll learn to live with the ants. Good quality furniture, ample sized shower and good toiletries. Bed was comfortable enough, odd-shaped pillows but again comfortable enough although you may waken a few times. Being an Emblem Villa we had hot tub, double bed and garden furniture. Definitely highlight of the room, jacuzzi was in working order and furniture more comfortable than those beside the pool. Fake grass garden that was hot in bare feet and could have done with a hoover. Extremely quiet at perimeter of resort. Happy we got value/net description of what we had paid for. Mini bar refilled daily with beer and soft drinks. FOOD By far the weakest part of this resort and considerably weaker compared to other HD resorts (on which the marketing spiel appears based). Make no mistake if you are all inclusive there is ONE restaurant and ONE bar. The same buffet restaurant provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is the highlight which doesn’t say much , good range of breads and never had to queue for a table/food for too long. Good quality sausages, bacon alternated between Spanish streaky style and thick ham each day. Cereal was horrific, beyond budget level cereal on offer as opposed to branded Kelloggs. As if the cardboard cornflakes wasn’t bad enough they did not provide fresh/cold milk so had room temperature (22c) UHT milk to try and eat your disgusting cereal with. Omelette station was popular. This hotel doesn’t have fresh juice. They have glass jars filled with pineapple/orange cordial/diluted juice (think Mi Wadi/Robinsons except worse tasting). Nobody has ever wanted that for breakfast since the stuff was invented. Tea was weak and again struggled to source milk for it. LUNCH Keen readers will have seen reference to a an all day snack bar. Outside of the buffet there are some heater cabinets in which a limited variety of foods are deposited about 11am. Frankfurters on one day, breaded vegetable burgers on another, ‘meat’ balls the next, all with French fries and some pre made unlabelled sandwiches that nobody seemed to eat. I was here one week and could never get an edible snack out of this. The buffet was also open at lunch. About 40% of this was widely spaced pieces of stale cake. Every day. The remainder was a limited bowl of pasta, the leftovers from previous night’s dinner buffet, french fries and usually some horrible cut of pork. Families with kids must struggle as none of the usual suspects (pizza, chicken tenders, burgers) ever made an appearance. Dinner resembled the same as lunch. No cooking stations, kid friendly foods or anything that would resemble a proper dinner any of the guests would eat on an average evening at home. There is the ‘Organic’ gastro bar which has an additional menu to order from (at an extra cost). This place was amazing. There was 10 of us as family and friends and the friends had a autistic child and the restaurant staff was really good sorting his needs 5 stars for them. But for us we loved the food and the pool was never full. Rooms was cleaned everyday and beds was comfortable. A few ants at our steps to our rooms but that never bothered us. Will 100 percent stay here again all staff makes you feel welcome. We booked this with tui and had unlimited access to siam park. Bus for the park was around the corner but was a gamble if it was already full or not when it arrived. So in the end we took the taxi who are fast and cost 10 euros there and then got the free bus back that worked very well. Also many main shops for snacks and pubs opposite the main complex.
