Fabulous hotel with absolutely every the food choices are stunning beautiful pools and just a really stunning hotel the only thing which is a little annoying is all the bedrooms point inwards towards the stairs on the one side of the hotel which means the rooms are noisey if baby's are screaming early morning or people walking up and down unfortunately we had that 3 mornings at 6 am when a baby was screaming which was a shame

Lovely hotel, very attentive staff in a great position, stayed for 2 weeks but would have loved to have stayed longer. Couldn’t find any fault with this hotel, had a lovely room on floor 6 with great views of the pool and across the sea to Fuerteventura. Will definitely be back.

Our 14th visit ! It has changed hands since we were last there but it’s still As good as ever , lovely staff , lovely breakfast , great weather , we paid a slight upgrade price and got a beautiful view of both islands , literally can’t beat this for a winter break !

An absolutely brilliant stay from start to finish. We were given a warm welcome by Alessio, Victoria and guest relations. As you enter the hotel you feel so warm and welcomed and luxurious too. We went bed and breakfast and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The service is excellent and the food amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff at this gorgeous hotel. The rooms are amazing and so are the beds pillows and cleanliness. A huge and special thank you to Alessio and Victoria and we will no doubt return We have stayed at many five stars around the world but have to say this is our favourite and the best. Deserves its 5 star rating unlike many 5 star hotels that don’t. Highly recommend the relax package particularly the a la carte breakfast. Spotlessly clean resort located on the beach. Concierge were keen to sort out any issues. Will definitely be back soon.

We have just returned from staying at this wonderful place . The hotel is amazing everything was first class . Our room was great we had a sleeping and a living area with settees and a television, the bed was huge! And very comfortable and sheets were changed daily , plus the bathroom cleaned and replacement towels daily. A lovely balcony too but next time we will ask for a pool or beach view . The restaurants we used were amazing with great atmosphere and food delicious, we went to the Italian and Chinese, the Chinese was an experience with our food cooked in front of us was brilliant. The hotel decor is gorgeous lots of wood and walk ways with plants and water features truly unique. The bar area was great lots of places to sit and enjoy a drink , the bat staff were very friendly. The pool areas were beautiful lots of room and sunbeds for everyone, clean fresh towels . All in all we had a fabulous holiday would definitely recommend to family and friends , thank you princess Yaiza.

We visited for October half time. Hotel looks impressive from the outside and is immensely huge! We were welcomed by friendly staff with cocktails in toe! But best I summarise below pros and cons Pros 1. Very nice rooms and fantastic beds . Very comfortable. We had a fridge and smalll kitchenette. 2. Spotlessly clean everywhere 3. Very friendly staff and very helpful 4. Good array of restaurants 5. Nice pools albeit a bit cold. 6. Food very good but good array of cuisines 7. Geared for very young children sub 6-7. Not for teens. Noise in restaurants was unbearable at times with screaming kids Not so good! Sunbeds. Past 10am no chance of getting beds! All reserved hours before. Very poor, resembles 3 star Benidorm hotel not 5 star establishment. 2. No all inclusive option, only half board will add hundreds if not thousands to your bill. Drinks are pricey. You do get 25 euro credit for al a carte restaurant which you need to book via app. 3. Evening entertainment really really poor, low grade acts from amateur performers, waiter service in the theatre poor and grossly understaffed. There was a piano player or performer in the upstairs bar for a few hours, but at 10 pm it’s lights out. Nothing! The hotel then reminded of the film the shining! Huge and empty after 10pm and quite spooky. Really disappointed as there is absolutely nothing to do but go to bed. 4. This is not the hotels fault but there was a viral sickness bug going around my wife and I were both really ill, on leaving the hotel informed us of this yet failed to inform anyone , even admitted staff members had been sick. We would not personally go back but certainly will appeal to a lot of people.

We had a great stay at this hotel for our 45th wedding anniversary, in a super room overlooking the pool and sea. The beds were very comfortable, pillows soft and springy and I had a week's good sleep. We only ate in the buffet restaurants, and found the choice and standard to be excellent. Every night was a themed night so a good variation. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We found it to be a very clean hotel. We will certainly be back next year. One of the best suite hotels we've stayed in.

This was our first visit to this hotel and overall we believe it to be a good hotel overall but not the attention to detail we have experienced in other 5 star hotels in the same price range. We couldn’t fault our actual room at all, it was a royal kiko suite which had two bedrooms (one with en-suite for adults and one for our 3 children) an additional bathroom and a lounge / dining area with a small kitchenette with a good size fridge, sink, microwave and a lovely welcome package of snacks / drinks. Its view was sadly the main road and you could hear the cars annoyingly. The down side was we were in the family D block which felt like you were in a completely separate hotel to a lot of the facilities. The D block was extremely quiet and almost like a ghost town so this meant it felt very souless. There is a beautiful pool and kids pool in the D block but it was absolutely FREEZING! We complained but were told it’s heated to 24 degrees and it won’t be heated any higher. I am no wimp with cold pools but this takes your breath away when you get in. Our kids (9,6 & 3) would be shivering after 30 minutes and usually would love to be swimming all day. This was evident for other people too as the family pool was virtually empty all week. The main pool at the main end of the hotel (8 min walk) was very busy and almost impossible to get a sun lounger. The rules of the hotel state that you can’t reserve sunbeds but everyone does and no one monitors it. The sunbeds are literally packed in like sardines, you are sitting within inches of people. We mentioned about the heating of the pool on our check out and was told many other people had complained too yet they still didn’t do anything about it. We were only on a breakfast package and I’m glad that we were. My children have allergies and this was told to the hotel at the time of booking. We were told that they have lots of choice for gluten and dairy free. The first morning we headed to the buffet (in D block as we were told that both buffets were the same) but to be told they don’t have gluten free cereal at all. After I spoke to a manager it turns out they do but the chef had to go ask the other buffet and they came back with many more options and luckily it was sorted out going forward. We realised the family D block buffet looked like the poor relation to the main buffet and they are indeed NOT the same. The hotel is in a great position, 5 mins walk to marina (which has lots of shops and good restaurants) the town is 10 mins walk too with lots of restaurants too. It’s also right on the beach. We were glad that we only had breakfast option in the end as the choice of restaurants to walk to was fab. The Italian at the hotel is good, had GF options and good price. The Japanese was nice but very expensive. We decided to have the buffet for dinner as it was our last night (very expensive at €45 for adults and €30 for children) and wanted to do something easy. The hotel is wonderful! Different pools to accommodate everyone. Plenty of space. Excellent location just in front of the beach. The flowers arrangements are spectacular. One of the most amazing breakfast we have ever had. Plenty to choose from and lots of dishes prepared fresh on request. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Carina, Elisa and Marcus from reception and our morning housekeeper (I can’t remember her name, blu eyes, blond/light brown hair in a ponytail) who made as feel at home. The football for kids and juniors in the morning is perfect for making friends. There is a doctor at the hotel in case of need which makes things much easier. The only negative point this year was the animation. They had lots of activities scheduled but then they would have cancelled some of them without any notice and didn’t organise something else to accommodate the guests who wanted to participate. Some of the animation team didn’t have the right attitude. Shame because last year the animation team was extraordinary, alway ready to interact in a positive, friendly and professional way with kids and adults, we missed them this year.

We found the hotel to be in an excellent location, near the marina, a nice walk to the harbour at the other end of town. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony and reclining chairs overlooking the pool with a beautiful sea view. The bed was comfortable and the room cleaned thoroughly every day as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the wide selection of food served in the buffet restaurant with both fish and meat freshly cooked to order if you wanted. There was variety every night of our 10 night stay. We enjoyed our stay and have rebooked for next year.

The hotel is super and our stay was nearly perfect. Nothing to be complaining about. The food for breakfast and diner was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our kids played in the hotel owned kids land. The beach was super nearby.

Our stay at the Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort was absolutely lovely and relaxing. The hotel has three different buffet restaurants (Mexican, Italian, and International), which rotate on different days and are included in the half-board option. On top of that, there are four charming à la carte restaurants (Italian, Gourmet, Japanese, and a snack bar) that, while not included in the package, are well worth trying. We dined at all of them and were never disappointed. There are also several bars scattered throughout the hotel, with or without entertainment, so you can always find the right vibe. With so much going on, the hotel is fantastic for families, especially with Kikoland for the kids, multiple pool areas, and much more to keep everyone happy. On-site, there are four small shops (a souvenir and newspaper store, two clothing boutiques with swimwear, and a jewelry shop), and there’s a guest services desk where you can book island excursions. The hotel’s classic Canarian style really charmed us. We stayed in a Junior Suite with a breathtaking sea view. The only minor downside for us was the newly renovated balconies. After 15 years of coming to this hotel almost every year, we noticed they replaced the traditional wooden railings with glass ones. While it gives an even clearer view, I felt it lost a bit of its original charm. Thankfully, the rooms themselves have remained untouched, still reflecting that authentic Canarian style we love. They’re well-equipped with a safe, minibar, two TVs, a hairdryer, and more. One small improvement I’d suggest is to add something to the wooden chairs and furniture to stop them from making so much noise when moved—it can get a bit loud for the neighbors! The service throughout the hotel is outstanding. Every staff member we met, whether at reception, in the restaurants, or by the pool, was incredibly helpful and friendly. For example, we ran into two little issues that were our own doing (a problem with the safe and a misplaced item), but both were handled quickly and efficiently. That said, however, this year we noticed that the housekeeping service was a bit lacking, which was unusual for this hotel. For example, they didn’t replace the glasses in our room as they normally would, and once, a trash bag was left beside the bed. This had never happened before, and it was probably just an oversight since the rooms are usually cleaned very thoroughly. Additionally, there’s an app which provides a comprehensive and convenient way for guests to enhance their experience during their stay. Through the app, guests can access important information about the hotel's various services, including dining options, wellness facilities as well as entertainment activities and it offers the ability to make restaurant reservations at the hotel's multiple dining establishments.
