Location is great, near Sagrada Familia. Room size is big as we can open two 28 inch luggage Drinking water only given on first day

This hotel location is brilliant, we can see the Sagrada Familia so close from the window. The breakfast is good, service and room hygiene are perfect. The rooftop bar is amazing.

Location is excellent! Staff was beyond attentive. We did the hop on hop off bus and the pick up was a block away. Lots of great eating spots close by.

The hotel is good, roof top amazing , location super easy to get anywhere , some stuffs are nice but some really without any comments ... about room they give water just ones :D so cheap in this kinda expensive hotel ! Pay attention how they calculate you in the end , check bills carefully. Because we had really big trouble with calculation they told us to pay few times what we already paid. We paid already and then come back to get our luggage’s and they give us a new bill again so annoying … also book breakfast in reception because if you go directly to the restaurant they will calculate 3€ more per person .

Honestly the room and the view is nice. But I had an unpleasant experience, when I book online I didn’t notice i book it under one person, when I check in with my boyfriend and the reception told us so we paid city tax for 2 person, we paid in cash and didn’t ask for invoice. On the day we check out, the other stuff insist we only pay city tax for 1 person and charge us again. I don’t know for what reason they didn’t update the system, it’s not professional and we been charged one more time. I recommend ask for invoice in everything u have paid.

The hotel is well located and the room is adequate, however it doesn’t have dark curtains, which means I woke up very early the next morning. I suggest the hotel to add better curtains. The service is okay and the view of the hotel bar is absolutely beautiful.

Aircon was broken, chips left on the floor from other customer. Shower was broken too… only the rooftop is nice

Can see la sagrada familia from the room window. Also the terrace is open to hotel guests without the need for reservations. Clean room and amazing location!

Excellent location, near Metro by 5 mins, can view ‘Sagrada Familia’ in the room or at the roof. The room quite small, and the double bed is too soft.

Really good location. Easy to get around the city. We got a room with the view of Sagrada Familia. Room is okay size. A bit tight with big luggages. The roof top bar is amazing to chill out in the evening.

I have proposed to my girlfriend at the rooftop area of the hotel. The staff there are very helpful and the service is excellent. I will definitely revisit the hotel when I go to Barcelona again!

Very very beautiful view for the hotel room. Definitely will go again next time. The staff are very helpful. I get to borrow the adapter from them as well. Near to metro station.
