Decent rooms. The breakfast was really good. We were close to the place we needed to be for the trip. Front desk staff was very nice.

We reserved two rooms The first room smelled strong of smoke. In the other room there were no linens or remote for the tv were in the room at check in. Room was left unlocked, perhaps by cleaning service that failed to return with linens. The cleaning staff also fails to clean the entire bathroom between guests. The bath counter was grungy in all corners with dust and dirt. Definitely not worthy of the money paid.

The receptionist at the night of arrival was rude and wasn't able to provide any help on sites to visit next day when asked. The room and carpet were old. Also visible wear & tear was evident, there was blood stains on the bed sheets also.

Everything was perfect as usual except for a empty kleenex box in the bathroom. And no hot breskfasrmt item on the day we checked out. Apparently the girl who was suupossed to do it never showed. Still is my favirite pkace iyt of the other 7 or so places around that area.

Spacious for the price, clean and quiet, good service, nice breakfast area, the last morning when we wanted to leave early breakfast was a few minutes

There was a roach in the hallway, tape holding the corner guards in place in the hallway and very small pillows in the bed

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. Location was great. Room was a little close to the lobby and became noisy at one point in the night. Otherwise great stay. Would stay again.

Management worked with me and I appreciate that. But the 2nd floor rooms are dated and not kept up. Management says they are being refurbished. Great. But then don't put up guests / families in the lower-quality rooms. The room had a stained / old pullout mattress, a very uncomfortable bed box spring mattress, and very unclean kitchen area. Needs thorough updating.
