One of the greatest surprises of Cuba was this little hotel in Viñales, Pinar del Rio. It's a magic place where I felt like home. Clean, comfortable, intimate with a great staff, you can feel how everyone there work with love to make us feel pleased. Breakfast delicious if we have in mind the general situation. If we come back some day obviously will visit tem again. Special thanks to the reception lady Marialina. Very helpful

The hotel has a privileged location in Viñales, right in the center where you can reach all places easily. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the best on the entire trip to Cuba The rooms are very clean and spacious, the only problem is the noise from the street, but nothing that affects the rest of the positive things We will return without a doubt

First class customer service, the hotel staff stood out for their friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and were always willing to help with any questions or needs I had.

The rooms were amazing, the city aswell! The included breakfast was also very good. Located in the middle of viñales it is close to everything. The service staff was nice and helpful, and also came with suggestions of thing to see and do in the region, aswell as help with booking transport.

Amazing personal, the receptionist is amazing giving us all the information we need, thank you Jorge. We had a very good time in VINALES, the landscape it beautiful, mogotes, horses, Ron, people, all amazing in Cuba VINALES, we will comeback next year for same fun and relax. Thank u all

The hotel has an excellent location in the very center of town, where you can access restaurants and places easily and safely. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help, they helped us a lot with their advice and recommendations. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable.

Maybe the nicest place to stay in town. The hotel is not particularly large and the lobby doubles up as the bar. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished, with good air conditioning. The upper floor rooms have nice balconies with a view facing the square, but receive nightly noise of the local disco on the main street and on weekends late night parties in the square. If that's a concern there are other rooms on the back of the hotel. Breakfast was included and made by the chef from an a la carte menu, although no juice from the menu was available. The hotel was not busy during the stay. Some staff seemed unsure of what to do in some customer service situations but the manager came up with the right result each time. The hotel is central, opposite the town square where the Viazul coach stops.
