We advanced these remarks privately to the direction (upon their request!) but not having received a reply, here they are:  Room 303 on the ground floor (but with many steps to reach it) should be improved in terms of 1) ventilation: the window door on the shared garden should also open with a flap, like the one in the bathroom, otherwise leaving it open, anyone can enter the room, especially the neighbors! 2) lighting and electrical system: the table is darkened by the wardrobe, there is no light or electrical outlet: impossible to work with a laptop! Even over the sofa, a standard lamp is missing. On the opposite, the neon lights above the bed are too strong and there should be directional lights for reading. We also didn't like the lack of parking space: only 4 places, reserved for your tourist bus (as if we didn't pay and probably more than the rate reserved for the guest group); we were not even offered to unload our bags and had to drag them from the distant public parking lot; that there was a garage, even if for a fee, we discovered it in the room; eventually, the absence of an à la carte menu in the restaurant: unacceptable for a 4-star hotel! Either fixed menu (fish only that evening) or nothing! Queste sono le osservazioni che abbiamo provveduto privatamente alla direzione (richiesti da loro!) ma non avendo ricevuto risposta, eccole: La stanza 303 a piano terra (ma raggiungibile solo con molti gradini) va migliorata in termini di 1) aereazione: la porta finestra sul giardino condiviso dovrebbe aprirsi anche a ribaltina, come quella del bagno, altrimenti lasciandola aperta, nella camera può entrare chiunque, specie i vicini! 2) illuminazione e impianto elettrico: il tavolo è oscurato dall'armadio, non c’è né luce né nessuna presa elettrica: impossibile lavorare con un laptop! Anche nel salottino, manca una lampada a stelo. Viceversa i neon sopra il letto sono troppo forti e dovrebbero esserci luci direzionali per leggere. Non ci è piaciuta neanche l'assenza del parcheggio: 4 posti soltanto, riservati al vostro bus turistico (come se noi invece non pagassimo e probabilmente più della tariffa riservata al gruppo ospite); non ci è stato offerto nemmeno di scaricare le valige e abbiamo dovuto trascinarcele dal parcheggio pubblico distante; che ci fosse un garage, anche se a pagamento, l'abbiamo scoperto in camera; per finire, l'assenza di un menù alla carta nel ristorante interno: inaccettabile per un 4 stelle! O menù  fisso (di pesce quella sera) o niente!
