Good location. Fantastic view. Clive to beach

We had a really terrible experience in this hotel. The air conditioner in the hotel did not blow cold wind. We reported this situation to the front desk, but the solution they provided was just letting an engineer to our room and did nothing. Not just the amenities, also the cleanness was a disaster. There are blood on the curtain and stains on the chairs. The only goodness is the view of the hotel.

It was overall a good experience, the only problem was the nights! The window top of the bed didn’t have any proper curtains and because of that the room was too bright. Reception and employees were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous.

Je recommande cet établissement ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil est très agréable et la chambre était impeccable et calme avec vue sur la mer ! Proche de toutes commodités. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

2歳、5歳の子供と３人でアパートメントタイプの部屋に6日間滞在。また再訪したいと思う。 good １．確かに海からホテルへは坂道だが、2歳の子供でも歩ける距離。徒歩5分。 ２．776号室に宿泊。部屋はキッチンのあるアパートメントタイプで生活しやすかった。基本的に器具は揃っている。受付に言えば洗剤、スポンジをくれる。ビーチタオルは1枚10ユーロのデポジットを入れれて貸し出す方式。換えたい場合も快く対応してくれる。最終日にデポジットは返却される。調味料はない。 ３．夕食は品数が多いビュッフェ。2歳は無料で2人で30ユーロ程度だった。コスパがいいと感じた。 ４．コンビニ的スーパーが徒歩3秒の隣にある。 ５．通常のスーパーであるALDIが徒歩15分くらいのところにある。坂道があり2歳が歩くのは大変だったが、大人なら問題なし。 ６．マリーンランド？小さい水族館までタクシーで10分。人数が多い場合はローカルバスよりお得。小さい水族館だが、イルカや鳥のショーがあり子供たちはだいぶ満喫していた。 ７．受付でパルマ水族館のツアーに参加した。これはバスとチケット込み。このバスはお土産屋に行くこともなく、水族館直行。滞在時間も十分だった。 ８．子供のダンスプログラム等アクティビティがあり子供が楽しんでいた。 ９．近くの海は長いビーチと少しの岩場があるため、ビーチに飽きたら岩場でカニや貝を探したり子供が楽しめた。ホテル前のビーチが長く、4人乗れるレンタルバイクでサイクリングをしたがとても良い。レンタルバイクはビーチの目の前のお店で借りられる。 bad １．ホテル内は全て現金精算。ホテル内にATMがあるが、少し不便。手数料もかかるし。 ２．好みによるが、朝食は22ユーロの価値はないかなと思った。結局子供が食べるのはパン、ヨーグルト、シリアルだったから隣のスーパーで購入して部屋で食べた。 ３．空港送迎のバスがホテルによく泊まっていたが、受付に聞いても教えてくれない。ホテルからはタクシーしか呼べない、バスは自分で調べて予約してとのこと。せめて会社名だけでも知りたかったが教えてくれなかった。数百回同じバス会社の名前を見っているだろうに（私でさえ5回くらい同じバスを見た。バスをみたら名前をメモするべき）空港までのローカルバスは安いが、バス停はALDIの方向。大人だけならスーツケースを持って歩けるが、子供がいると大変。タクシーは空港まで片道45ユーロくらい。 ４．提携のツアーが最悪。洞窟内で船に乗れるツアーを予約した。9時集合で洞窟内の滞在時間は1時間20分のみ。まずお土産屋→宝石屋を回った後にやっと洞窟に着く。ロスタイムが1時間以上ある。それで3人で69ユーロは高すぎるのでお勧めしない。子供が飽きてぐずる。洞窟は観光客が多く入場も長蛇の列。この1時間20分に全て込みなので、実質40分くらいしか洞窟内にいなかった。洞窟内で乗れる船は所要時間2分だが、待ち時間が30分以上ある為、ツアーバスの集合時間に間に合うように乗るのは物理的に不可能。レンタカーをお勧めする。これだけがこの度唯一の最悪なこと。

El personal de hotel muy bueno, destacando muy por encima de todos Julia de Recepción. Su atención por los detalles y por hacer sentir a cada cliente como en su casa ha sido lo mejor. Muy buenas instalaciones con una gran zona de solárium y servicios excelentes. El buffet muy variado y de calidad. Las habitaciones muy completas y reformadas con cocina incluida con todos los utensilios necesarios. Sin duda para repetir!

Il start with the bad points of our stay, Stale milk cartons although in date No daily restock of tea/coffee/milk Duvet missing from room No seal on the shower screen so the floor floods No parking, and the roads nearby are always full And now the food points, Great sea view from room 386, loved laying in the bed listening to the waves hit the rocks. Modern rooms, plenty of storage, and kitchen facilities. Close to the sea, shop & restaurants. Breakfast was always fresh and plenty of options.

We had a long weekend here with our family in 2 apartments. It was a Lovely hotel. We had a hiccup when we arrived with the rooms, however Julia was amazing the next day and got everything sorted out. Hotel was great, rooms were excellent. Cleaning staff were so polite. The evening music singers were great. Restaurant staff were polite. We loved our time here. Palma nova beach was minutes away, and there was a few beaches to choose from still within close proximity, plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. We loved paddle boarding and going out on the pedalo with a slide. Crazy golf was fantastic too. Highly recommend

We Go Every year to this hotel in September as we find Staff so helpful ! Food Is Excellent . Rooms cleaned Everyday .. Entertainment crew Especially Daniel and Toni go above and Beyond To make Everyone Happy . Going here Every Sept is like going home .. We Enjoy it so much as a family .. There is always something going on To Entertain Us . Games ! Competitions! Boating ! And Much more …. Views from Our Bedrooms is awesome ! We always ask for a sea view Room .. we are all looking forward to 2025 visit .. We all highly Recommend This Hotel …. Angela Beggs . And Family . From Northern Ireland .

I have no words to describe how wonderful this hotel is. One of the best I've ever been to - and I travel a lot, privately and for business. The studio room I got had an amazing view of the sea. The sound of the waves accompanied me every day when I fell asleep. The room was very well maintained, you have everything you need in it, cleaned every day. The soundproofing was also at a good level. At night you can't hear what's going on in the corridor or in the neighboring rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The service was very helpful and polite. The food was delicious. Every day a different themed cuisine, one day you ate Mexican specialties and the next you tasted Asian cuisine. Something amazing. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely visit this hotel.

Arrived home this evening from a fantastic stay at this hotel. Greeted very warmly by great team at reception very friendly. Room was fantastic tv in living area and bedroom with lots of English channels. Room cleaned every day fresh towels every day. Usual self catering microwave kettle toaster coffe machine and plenty of utensils. The views are 5 star. Entertainment every evening and plenty of daytime selection if you take children. Very peaceful at night only noise is the waves from ocean and boy I'm hoing to miss that. Very modern , exceptionally clean in all areas. You can also use facilities at the 2 other leonardo hotels. Safe only 5 euros for key. Will definitely be returning
