I had a pleasant stay at CC’s hideaway hotel, the room was comfortable and the restaurant was really impressive, outstanding food quality and service. The reason I chose this hotel was the fact that hotel provides yoga classes, I joined 4 of them and absolutely enjoyed it so I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to practice yoga during vacation. There’s only one thing that was weird in my opinion. When I checked the receptionist didn’t mention anything about prices for yoga classes, only told me the time 8 a.m. and because in trip.com it’s not mentioned as well I thought yoga was included in the room rate. Later when I checked out the same receptionist told me to pay for each class which made me very surprised and confused because I didn’t expect it. And on my last day I’ve heard from other guest that there were other activities in the hotel that I haven’t heard about and it was too late for me to join. So my suggestion is just for the staff to be more informative during the check in, because if they don’t introduce the services and prices of the hotel’s facilities the guest might not know about them, maybe even having a little schedule in each room with all the activities and prices would be helpful. Overall my experience was great and I would love to come back one day. Namaste🙏

The room was very comfortable and clean. The view was great! The yoga very relaxing. Loved the rooftop yoga. The shuttle service very convenient ( make sure you get a SIM card so you can be in touch via whatssap to use the shuttle service more effectively).

Service was great and the hotel was located in a convenient location in Kata. Good amenities and spacious rooms.

CC's Hideaway really is a gem that differentiates and puts itself , the rest of the hotels in Phuket. This is my 4th time in Phuket, I've done the budget friendly, the luxury, and the median, and this stay was just somethiing different. A place to rest and put your head in a place that the name completley personifies. Up a bit on the other side of the Big Buddah mountain, you will could have a bit of a rollar coaster of a ride to get up the hill, but it's worth it. The staff at CC's were just fantastic, I was introduced right away to the front desk and taken care of and the event planner introduced personalized trips to me without making it a huge ordeal. She listened and welcomed my expectations first and made some suggestions, and gave a weekly itinerary of amazing things to do inside the hotel itself. Had I stayed longer in Phuket I would have taken advantage of the morning meditations and evening workout sessions. What blew me away though was the breakfast buffet. It was something I have never experienced in a hotel and the vegan options were just so perfect. Also the big win was having 4 different types of milk for the coffee, plus cinnamin on hand. Plus homemade sourdough, plus hummus, omeletes, granola, fruit . . . i could go on but you just need to experience this place for yourself. And then Netflix and Youtube on the TV to end the night? 10/10 would book again.

位於卡塔海灘附近的山腰上，沒有惱人的摩託車轟鳴聲，非常安靜。環境優美，陽台就能看到卡塔海灘。歐美人居多，主打瑜伽旅行的酒店，餐飲也多是地中海類飲食，中國人估計會有吃不慣的。酒店每個小時有穿梭車來回卡塔卡倫海灘免費接送，門口大坡很陡，走路比較累。門口還有條小路可以登山到大佛。如果喜歡安靜，強烈推薦。

a friend did this so i said what the hell... I'll do it too, and I am pleased with this impulse. Off the bat, you will be secluded from the noise, you'll have a hidden oasis catered to you and your needs. with a gorgeous and sweet staff.. gosh, i never been so well treated.. the reception ladies were fantastic with my mood swings, every time i wanted something, they made sure to accommodate me.. The chef, she is a delight! and her creations are delightful, she made me feel so happy sitting on that table waiting for my dish to arrive. massage available in the hotel, lessons, yoga, adventure, and you can mix and match..

CCs is great if you do not want to have to think about organising anything. The shuttle bus is fabulous and has plenty of drop off and pick ups. Breakfast was average as I was denied being able to order breakfast items off the menu and told I could only eat from the buffet. I was on a full board package. Main meals were good however I did get food poisoning . It happens, I was ok with that but was a little disappointed that when I alerted the staff that their reply was ' noted'. No one followed up with me. I missed my paid included day activity and meals due to this. The tour guides were exceptional and made you all feel welcomed. Special thanks to them. I was unable to book any additional options as the receptionist could not assist me. She said she would get some times and speak with the manager, Kristina but she never got back to me. I found this lack of service disappointing but managed to book an external Chakra and reiki session elsewhere. Overall nice but nothing exceptional . Ok value for money. I was concerned regarding the sanitising between guests as when I moved rooms my toilet seat had urine on it. Clearly this had not been cleaned. It was quickly cleaned and housekeeping from then on was good. Some of my package activities were changed or removed entirely and I was only told after full payment. I didn't feel this was a great way to start the 8 day stay.

If only I could give this retreat 6 stars! Everything was exceptional, from the attention to detail during registration when Christina created my program, to the customer service and welcoming staff, and all the activities in between. The yoga instruction was perfect, and the yoga rooftop was a highlight. The food was divine, and I loved how personalized this retreat was. There were so many options to choose from, including surfing, art therapy, massages, and island kayaking adventures. This retreat exceeded my expectations, helped me heal, and fostered lasting connections with fellow solo travelers and the staff. i will be back

This 4-day yoga retreat was a wonderful experience. The schedule had a great balance, allowing plenty of free time to relax. Everyone I met was incredibly friendly, and it was enjoyable connecting with people from all over. The yoga classes were fantastic, with the natural sounds of the surroundings creating a serene atmosphere. The food, especially the delicious smoothies, was excellent. The itinerary was well-planned, with highlights like the old town tour and the sublime beach yoga class. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, with convenient airport transfers and beach shuttles. Manee (our tour guide for old town tour) is super friendly, hilarious with superb photo skills! Overall, this retreat exceeded my expectations. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and grateful for the experience.

I signed up for a yoga retreat.. and what a retreat it was at CC's! I felt like I really spoiled myselfs by choosing for CC's. The stay was amazing (room, hotel, poolacces, surrounding, free shuttlebus to the beaches and airport transfer), the staff was amazing (they make you feel verry welcome, they are verry kind and have a great hospitality), the food was deliscious, home made and organic, the juices were deliscious and healthy, the tours were Nice adventurous, Rich in culture, relaxing, mind-blowing, and also the yoga was amazing (they have great and experienced yogateachers who are always ready to help you out whether it's a question you have or you need some help with a pose). I really enjoyed my stay at CC's and I would love love to come back!

Very clean and comfortable. A/C worked great in the room so that was a major plus. Cute little hideaway for sure! No visible elevators but the employees helped carry bags up steps. There are a lot of stairs. We really only booked for a day stay (although you must pay for the night). Would stay here again.
