To be honest I didn’t like when I requested to change the room that they didn’t accept although I saw many vacancies that day as I booked garden view they give me kitchen or laundry view !!! Plus the way they give u instructions so boring and many person not only one it wasn’t comfortable with me ! And I have to go check my phone everytime to the lobby because they have one blug so , breakfast is wasn’t good not much options and limited means only healthy not for everyone. Location is really hard to find

I had a pleasant stay at CC’s hideaway hotel, the room was comfortable and the restaurant was really impressive, outstanding food quality and service. The reason I chose this hotel was the fact that hotel provides yoga classes, I joined 4 of them and absolutely enjoyed it so I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to practice yoga during vacation. There’s only one thing that was weird in my opinion. When I checked the receptionist didn’t mention anything about prices for yoga classes, only told me the time 8 a.m. and because in trip.com it’s not mentioned as well I thought yoga was included in the room rate. Later when I checked out the same receptionist told me to pay for each class which made me very surprised and confused because I didn’t expect it. And on my last day I’ve heard from other guest that there were other activities in the hotel that I haven’t heard about and it was too late for me to join. So my suggestion is just for the staff to be more informative during the check in, because if they don’t introduce the services and prices of the hotel’s facilities the guest might not know about them, maybe even having a little schedule in each room with all the activities and prices would be helpful. Overall my experience was great and I would love to come back one day. Namaste🙏

The room was very comfortable and clean. The view was great! The yoga very relaxing. Loved the rooftop yoga. The shuttle service very convenient ( make sure you get a SIM card so you can be in touch via whatssap to use the shuttle service more effectively).

Service was great and the hotel was located in a convenient location in Kata. Good amenities and spacious rooms.

Yoga was great.

CC's Hideaway really is a gem that differentiates and puts itself , the rest of the hotels in Phuket. This is my 4th time in Phuket, I've done the budget friendly, the luxury, and the median, and this stay was just somethiing different. A place to rest and put your head in a place that the name completley personifies. Up a bit on the other side of the Big Buddah mountain, you will could have a bit of a rollar coaster of a ride to get up the hill, but it's worth it. The staff at CC's were just fantastic, I was introduced right away to the front desk and taken care of and the event planner introduced personalized trips to me without making it a huge ordeal. She listened and welcomed my expectations first and made some suggestions, and gave a weekly itinerary of amazing things to do inside the hotel itself. Had I stayed longer in Phuket I would have taken advantage of the morning meditations and evening workout sessions. What blew me away though was the breakfast buffet. It was something I have never experienced in a hotel and the vegan options were just so perfect. Also the big win was having 4 different types of milk for the coffee, plus cinnamin on hand. Plus homemade sourdough, plus hummus, omeletes, granola, fruit . . . i could go on but you just need to experience this place for yourself. And then Netflix and Youtube on the TV to end the night? 10/10 would book again.

位於卡塔海灘附近的山腰上，沒有惱人的摩託車轟鳴聲，非常安靜。環境優美，陽台就能看到卡塔海灘。歐美人居多，主打瑜伽旅行的酒店，餐飲也多是地中海類飲食，中國人估計會有吃不慣的。酒店每個小時有穿梭車來回卡塔卡倫海灘免費接送，門口大坡很陡，走路比較累。門口還有條小路可以登山到大佛。如果喜歡安靜，強烈推薦。

This place was on point an amazing start to my trip to Thailand, they offer many activities, I had the opportunity to do some yoga, learn about chakras, do a deep sound healing bath, meditation, I also used the steam room and ice bath. The pool was really relaxing and never over crowded. The people I met were really interesting and all had a story. The food was really good, the staff welcoming, the room gorgeous. They also have a shuttle between the hotel and the beach with several pick up points super convenient. The cappuccino's were super nice and the massage was the best the lady giving the massage did an excellent job.

This hotel is fantastic. It isn't a large hotel and so it isn't impersonal. It has an intimate, boutique feel, with many of the rooms overlooking the pool. The reception area/bar sets the tone of CC's, which is open and inviting. This means that people tend to mix freely with other guests, and as a solo traveler, this is what I was looking for. My room was on the ground floor, overlooking the pool. The room itself was soooo comfortable and cosy. A large double bed and en suite bathroom made it a haven to return to everyday. The yoga and well-being classes foster a sense of community and all the staff and teachers were excellent. I'm currently in a larger hotel and wishing I was back at CC's!

I have just returned from two weeks at CCs and already cant wait to go back. This was my first solo holiday and extremely nervous but I had nothing to worry about. From the moment you are collected at the airport, which was seamless, every single member of CCs go out of their way to ensure your stay is everything that you want. I booked an ocean view room which was spotless and restocked with tea, water etc every day. I was on the Yoga holiday which included the choice of excursions to many amazing places and the Guides take such good care of you and always have plenty of bottles of cold water to hand. CCs is such a social environment with many solo travellers and its easy to meet, chat and make new friendships - which is invaluable when there on your own. Yoga is held twice daily in a lovely outdoor studio and we were lucky to have some stunning sunsets, all instructors are great at providing yoga to a class of different levels of yoga and the private yoga lesson is invaluable. Breakfast is buffet style with a huge choice and lunch and dinner comprises of two courses, again with plenty of choice. I am already missing my fresh coconut and daily smoothie. I loved my stay here and can not recommend it highly enough, excursions are great, loved all the spa treatments and it has a real serene feeling around the whole place. I am already looking at dates to return next year.

What an amazing experience! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this little hidden gem! The staff were amazing, the food was excellent, the massages at the spa were a blessing and the trips were out of this world and I was extremely sad to have only booked for a week! I went to CC's with 4 girlfriends but will be headed back with my young adult kids for sure! Thanks again to the amazing staff :)
