Sawasdee Village

Lovely relaxing resort, it was perfect place to relax amd recuperate after a week of island hoping. Lovely staff, free club room open for snacks and drinks. 2 beautiful pools with bar amd 2 for 1 happy hour on selected cocktails. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Beautiful lights throughout the resort at sunset.

This was a beautiful hotel experience except for 2 things which I will get to. Lovely staff, great breakfast and the village is so different to staying in the more Western resorts. The only thing we found disappointing was the cramped feel of our room, garden deluxe, which opens onto the pool. Beautiful set up but just too small for 2 people. The worst thing was the paper thin walls. You can hear people talk even making out the words. Unfortunately I was awake when a couple next door ******* very loudly which went on and on. I couldn't believe it as this is a 5 star resort and they need to soundproof these rooms. This experience was really annoying.

THE BEST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN!!!! No stone was left unturned with the attention to detail….to the decor, room, pool and staff! A definite must!!!!

An amazing place fully decorated in Thai style. Feel like in a dreamland once you walked in the hotel. And the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Oh My Gosh! WOW!!! This place is BEAUTIFUL! Such a hidden gem! I am so glad I found this beautiful resort hotel! Every corner was filled with beautiful detail, the staff were so very friendly, the food was great, the drinks were great - the entire place was so relaxing. We loved swimming in the long pool and stopping for a drink at the swim up bar. The room was amazing! twinkle lights in the ceiling and a beautiful mural on the wall. You don't even need to leave the resort and you would still have a great time visiting Thailand!

It’s the second time I come here. Probably the best hotel in Phuket. I recommend to book room with pool access. I will come back again.

Warning… hotel room is not clean and I found a dead cockroach in the room. If you are staying in Kata there are better places for this price!

This place is just... WOW!!!! Loved every moment of our stay. The Location- Very conveniently located in kata, close to everything. You can easily walk to the beach but the resort offers a free shuttle hourly. Outside the resort there are multiple places to eat and the night market is an easy stroll away. The phuket smart bus and blue bus stop which is a cheap alternative to taxis and tuk tuks is literally down the road. The Food- The breakfast buffet was amazing and was charged at 250bht when we checked in but when we checked out we were told it was 350. This was the only disappoin**ent as it was written in the room that it was 250 and we were told verbally. So I suggest if it's not included in your room rate you need to double check you sign the paper when you arrive at breakfast. However there are many food options so close and super cheap cocktails everywhere! Go down the street there is a little open bar and the guy there is really friendly and makes amazing drinks for only 100bht. The room- we stayed in the barray villa and oh man this was an outstanding experience. Yes it wasn't the cheapest but it was worth every cent. No pictures can do it justice. If you need want a cheaper option then the pool access rooms looked great and the canal in front of the rooms made for an excellent night swim when it was all lit up. I really loved Sawasdee and Kata, I regretted moving on to patong because in all honestly I hated patong! It was way to crowed and full of creeps. Just a very sleazy place and everything cost more. You yourself a favour and book your stay at Sawasdee!! You won't regret it 😁

Room direct access to the pool was great. The hotel building is very Thai style. Breakfast options are less. All staff and reception are so polite. Location is walkable to kata beach around 10 mins. Hotel already provides free shuttle bus from 9am-6pm hourly. Free so comfort and relaxing during my stay. Cleanliness is well done.
