Tôi có thể ở khách sạn này lâu hơn nữa. Phòng của chúng tôi nhìn ra hồ bơi thật tuyệt. Nó đặc biệt sạch sẽ. Chúng tôi đã được giúp mang hành lý lên phòng khi chúng tôi nhận phòng và khi chúng tôi trả phòng. Khách sạn có rất nhiều địa điểm giải trí lý tưởng vì nó nằm cách Bãi biển Patong chỉ một quãng ngắn. Bạn tôi và tôi rất thích đi dạo trên bãi biển vào sáng sớm và sau đó thưởng thức bữa sáng tuyệt vời từ khách sạn và sau đó trong ngày chúng tôi sẽ đến quán bar của khách sạn. Khách sạn cũng có phòng tập thể dục và quán cà phê. Mọi người đều được phục vụ cho. Tại sảnh ăn sáng, họ có một chiếc máy làm bánh kếp. Khi chúng tôi kiểm tra, nhân viên khách sạn đã rất hữu ích trong việc cung cấp dịch vụ vận chuyển cho chúng tôi đến khách sạn tiếp theo và đến sân bay. Dịch vụ tuyệt vời và đội ngũ nhân viên thân thiện, họ cũng phục vụ bữa sáng tuyệt vời. Tuy nhiên, có một chút thất vọng khi tôi bước vào phòng. Đây là một chiếc kẹp tóc được đặt trên sàn nhà vệ sinh. Tôi đã không thông báo cho quầy lễ tân về việc này. Nó đã được gỡ bỏ vào ngày hôm sau trong quá trình dọn phòng.

Một nơi tuyệt vời ở bãi biển Patong với giá cả phải chăng, nhưng phòng tắm đã lỗi thời và trông bẩn thỉu. Tôi thà trả nhiều tiền hơn cho một phòng tắm sạch hơn.

Bed was very uncomfortable as the bed sheets, the King bed was actually two single bed put together, there’s gap in the middle, and the quilt cover was too small and wasn’t soft at all! Bathroom was dirty.

Amazing location and hotel stay! Was upgraded to ground floor unit with direct access to pool fr room. Lovely concierge always willing to help. Not forgetting nice cold welcome drink and fresh cookies! Def wil recommend and be back again!

Great location, friendly staff. Tom in the tiki bar was very kind and helpful. The stay was very comfortable. The restaurant food was DELICIOUS. We would stay again.

Booked 2 rooms for the hotels and they arranged 2 connecting rooms at the poolside which is a very nice courtesy arrangement. Rooms and toilet are clean, beds are so comfortable. Have welcome drinks and towels for guests when check in👍🏼 The breakfast area is well displayed , varieties of food to choose from , some food items changed daily , you will discover when you stay here. Hotel is located near patong beach within few min walking distance 😙 Love to come again next time.

The pool side food was NOT GOOD! Seemed like they gave me left overs from the breakfast buffet. The air conditioner in the room couldn’t be adjusted and it was too cold. When turned off, the room was too warm. Not the best experience

The location was amazing. The staffs were friendly. Just note that you’d have to give a deposit of 1000 bhat at check in.

A very good experience. Actually, I have been to Phuket many times, and every time I am confused about choosing a hotel. I don't know which hotel to choose because the comfort level of the hotel will greatly affect the mood of the vacation. However, I initially stayed in Patong, but later I wanted to go to Karen. However, I still found that Hilton's hotel was very good in terms of location and various services. Originally, I planned to only visit Patong for 5 days, and then go to Kata or Karen. In the end, I renewed my stay at this hotel until the end of the vacation. A very good experience, I should come back again. However, the hotel still needs to renovate the previous rooms to replace some outdated equipment.
