The hotel is very nice. Absolutely ALL the staff is super friendly and are always willing to help, despite not speaking the language they have made an effort to meet all our needs. The room surprised us a lot, because everything is perfect for the children. We were there with our 3 children (11, 5 and 3 years old) and the truth is that there is entertainment for all ages! There is small football, board games, ping pong table, billiard table, karaoke, there are also chicks and alpacas and a panda show. Breakfast is very well stocked, there is food for all tastes. The pools and hot springs are in very good condition. Thank you very much to all the staff for making us feel welcome the whole time, we will definitely be back very soon.

A fabulous hotspring resort with many baths to choose from. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with good view of the springs or garden. Staff are pleasant and hotel is exquisite.

Good hotel at changchun clean and quiet will come again certainly!

We got the deluxe room and it was big and clean and very nice. We had the breakfast buffet, there were Chinese dishes and not so much western food, but it was delicious. The kids play area was also super clean, my baby and daughter enjoyed it very much. The hot Spring was amazing and clean, overall it was a great experience, definitely will come back!

Had yet another fab experience at this great hotel! As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around. A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work! This is my All time favourite now. Thank you all for looking after us so well!

We really enjoyed our trip as a family in a Deluxe room. Very convenient to use the hot springs, restaurant with delicious Chinese food, breakfast also great (not too many 'western' things though, but great Chinese food). The service both of restaurant staff and hotel staff was excellent - a big "thank you" to Mr Wang Chunsheng, who took great care of us!

第一次來這裏，期待滿滿 最終結果也是十分滿意的 設施：酒店整體裝修中規中矩，整體來説還是比較乾淨的 温泉裏面的設備還是比較全面的 浴巾的更換也是比較及時的 服務：酒店的服務真的沒得説 一進酒店 看到我帶孩子都為我提供了想到所需的東西 比如孩子的洗漱用品 睡衣等 晚上還提供了熱牛奶 水果 以及孩子的小玩具 東西雖小 但是處處為客人着想 客服管家張宇佳還給我提供可很多方便 處處為客人着想 真的不錯 環境：提一點小小的建議 這是我第一次來 進來的時候 沒有指引牌 找酒店大門找了半天 希望小路口有指引牌 還有地下負一層電梯出口處 應該設定個反照鏡子 因為出電梯口兩側有遮擋牆 視線遮擋 很容易跟車相遇 其他都是還是很不錯 作為温泉酒店 整體很不錯 值得再次來

房間很寬敞，佈局合理，還有露台，視野非常開闊 夜景很美！温泉度假也很合適啊，温泉票沒浪費，抓緊時間去享受了一下，游泳池沒人特別開心。總之就是放鬆身心的好地方。 小管家服務貼心到位，從抵達前到離開酒店，有求必應！其他工作人員也都很熱情周到！ 早餐廳很大，西式中式選擇很多，吃的很好👍

果然是家門口的温泉酒店，從長春出發自駕出行很方便到酒店，房間是法式風格，尤其喜歡超大的衞生間，入住有布丁贈送，每個服務員都很敬業，有問必答，早餐不錯，中式西式一應俱全，原來在温泉裏面的自助中餐沒有了，增加了養生火鍋。

非常滿意的行程，提前有專人聯繫溝通，服務熱情又周到，這個價格住到這種環境賺到了啊！另外特別感謝國信南山工作人員鄭鈺鳳，耐心回答問題，貼心幫睡過頭的我們打包了早餐！下次休息還會來國信南山度過的~

非常感謝國信南山酒店管家張宇佳，瞭解到我帶兩個小寶，給升級了小童房，客房還準備了歡迎水果、布丁和晚安牛奶，孩子們特別開心。與家人來南山酒店住不下10次了，每一次都留下了非常美好的回憶，酒店服務人員素質高、顏值高，常常被很多服務細節打動，現在住宿送夜泡和日場兩張雙人券，玩的更盡興，推薦大家週末來放鬆身心。

非常值得回憶的一次入住體驗，温泉很舒適，泡完回房間發現工作人員不近把房間打掃乾淨、放置了零食，還幫忙把衣服都疊了起來，並且很貼心地為了保護私隱將內衣維持了原樣；牛奶還貼了保鮮膜，讓人感覺非常安心。

來過很多次的國信南山温泉山酒店、很不錯[強]環境優美、空氣清新舒適，適合一家人度假養心的聖地、酒店工作人員都很熱情精神.住的房間也很舒適、早餐口味也是可圈可點[強]、很不錯、總之值得帶家人朋友過來、好評
