Một khách sạn nghỉ dưỡng tách biệt tuyệt vời cách sân bay không xa. Nhân viên thường lịch sự, phòng ở bãi biển chúng tôi có rất tuyệt! Giường rất mềm và phòng tắm thật tuyệt vời! Thức ăn rất ngon, n*** cả chiếc bánh pizza chúng tôi đặt tại phòng cũng rất ngon. Chắc chắn sẽ trở lại!

Dịch vụ ở đây rất xuất sắc ở nhiều cấp độ. Từ lời chào đến dịch vụ phòng cho đến bữa tối hay đồ uống tại quầy bar, khu nghỉ dưỡng này đều tuyệt vời. Nếu bạn đang tìm kiếm một kỳ nghỉ yên tĩnh với Phuket thì đây là nơi để lựa chọn. Nhân viên thân thiện, dễ dàng đi đến Patong, Laguna và những nơi khác khiến điều này đáng được nhắc lại. Một chuyến đi bằng ô tô hoặc xe máy năm phút sẽ đưa bạn đến một thị trấn nhỏ Naithon với một bên là bãi biển, một bên là khách sạn và các địa điểm mát-xa. Đối với những người yêu thích trái cây Xoài ở đây không thể so sánh được. Nhãn, chôm chôm và các loại trái cây khác rất dồi dào. Bốn mươi lăm phút và US25 mỗi chiều sẽ đưa bạn đến Bãi biển Patong, một khu vực nhộn nhịp không bao giờ ngủ. Nói chung là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời

Tôi ở một biệt thự hồ bơi phía trước bãi biển. Khu vực ngoài trời rất đẹp và rộng rãi. Hồ bơi không đẹp lắm mặc dù có rất nhiều côn trùng. Tôi không sử dụng nó chút nào. Biệt thự cũng đầy côn trùng và rất lỗi thời và có vẻ như nó đã có những ngày tốt đẹp hơn. Thức ăn không ngon và không có cửa hàng hay nhà hàng nào xung quanh khu vực để thay thế. Thực sự điều duy nhất nơi này có được là bãi biển riêng tuyệt đẹp với cảnh hoàng hôn rất đẹp.

Khu nghỉ dưỡng đẹp đến kinh ngạc. Bãi biển rất sạch sẽ và thư giãn. Chỉ tiêu cực là dịch vụ chậm và rất nhiều dịch vụ tự phục vụ.

Nice hotel with beautiful private beach / remote but good for everyone who wants to relax. The staffs are friendly. This is my favorite hotel, I’ll go back next time. PS. Maybe because the hotel is old but if can be more clean will be excellent. :)

I like the location and cozy villa. It’s very calm. Their restaurant has no local food and no special menu. Just easy western food. So I suggest to plan going out for dinner to other places. I wanted face towels and face towel towels holders. Their deposit accept only by cash. Please prepare for some cash.

Second time staying here, we love the isolated beach with only few people on it, we had dinner here this time and the food was very good. Only 5 min scooter ride away there is Nathorn beach with some bars and shops and massage places, very convenient. And only 15 min from the airport so it’s perfect for the last night on the island.

Very beautiful place right on a tranquil beach. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a few nice places to visit around the hotel but you need to rent a bike if walking around isn’t your ideal way of spending your holiday. The restaurant is also very nice

I have stayed at this hotel twice before, and I don’t know what happened this time. The staff didn’t seem as helpful, almost as if were bothering them. With the exception of the restaurant (the manager in the restaurant is really excellent, always checking up and having a friendly chat with everyone) and bar staff, the other staff seemed annoyed when we asked something. For example, when we arrived we noticed we were missing face towels. I called the front desk to ask for towels. The lady said she would send towels over. After about half an hour and the towels still not arriving, I called again, and I could hear by the way she responded that she has clearly forgotten to send the towels over. Kept waiting and waiting, still nothing. Eventually when we went outside later that night, we found someone had simply left the towels on the table outside the room. Also, one day we were waiting for the staff to come clean the room. I went to the front desk to ask when they were going to clean the rooms, because nobody had been there yet and we were in need of new towels. The lady said they only start cleaning after 2pm, which I thought was strange, because shouldn’t they clean the rooms before guests start checking in at 2pm? I got back to the room, and then realized it was already 2:30pm. Eventually about 4:45 they came around to clean the room, so I assumed that’s the way they do it at this hotel. But the next morning they showed up at 9am to clean the room, just very inconsistent. Also, on our second last day at the hotel, we got a letter stuck to the door, reminding us to check out at 11 the next day because the staff has to clean the room. Where is this coming from? My third time staying at this hotel, and this is the first time I received this note. We have never checked out late before, so I really don’t get it. It’s also really nice that they have the private beach, but it’s very dirty. They try to clean it up, but they don’t throw the trash away. They simply pick it up and throw it on both sides of the beach. Me and my girlfriend saw a lady (a guest staying at the hotel, not hotel staff) picking up trash on the beach, and decided we were going to help her. I went to the bar and asked for a trash bag, and the 3 of us picked up trash on the beach as much as we could. Luckily we made a friend that way. Like I said, I’ve stayed at this hotel and this was my third time, but I really feel like the standards have dropped. Now the main things about this hotel is just the private beach and the proximity to the airport. I will think twice before booking a stay here again. I feel there are hotels for the same price and cheaper that offer better service with more helpful staff. I just really want to thank the manager (the older gentleman with the white shirt in the restaurant) again for your excellent service. You are a star.

We know this hotel since many years .Year after year it is going down .only prices go up .The beach is indeed great .practicslly private and beautiful. The swimming pool is nice even if it too much treated with chemicals . The rest is not at what should be expected of such a standing : médiocre restaurants , poor service (both in quantity and quality )even if the staff is nice ;it is the management this is deficient and the poor maintenance of the place . Great for the beach . Poor quality for price .

The best place i have ever been! As for me privet beach is most important.
