Khách sạn rộng rãi và sạch sẽ. Vị trí gần trung tâm thành phố, thuận tiện đi lại. Nhân viên lễ tân cũng rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ. Tôi rất khuyên bạn nên chọn khách sạn này!

1. Phòng đầy côn trùng bay. Nửa đêm, tôi bật đèn một phòng ngủ và thấy đầy côn trùng bay. Tôi yêu cầu đổi phòng, nhưng khách sạn yêu cầu tôi phải chuyển toàn bộ hành lý n*** lập tức. Sáng hôm sau, tôi cố gắng chuyển hành lý cũng không được. Tôi phải chịu đựng mùi thuốc trừ sâu suốt đêm.
2. Phòng hướng ra đường, và tôi có thể nghe thấy tiếng nhạc bar và tiếng xe máy gầm rú cho đến tận 2 giờ sáng.
3. Khách sạn thiếu bãi đậu xe đón trả khách, phòng giặt ủi, và nhiều loại phòng không có ban công. Sau khi lặn, tôi không có chỗ phơi quần áo.
Nhìn chung, thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên rất khác nhau, trong đó có một nhân viên lớn tuổi tỏ ra đặc biệt thô lỗ.

Phòng rất lớn và vị trí rất tuyệt. Có 7-11 bên kia đường và có tiệm mát-xa ở tầng dưới. Gần đó cũng có cửa hàng bách hóa. Phòng có bồn tắm rất lớn. , nhưng độ ẩm hơi nặng.

Great location, quiet rooms in spite of being close to party locations, excellent service at the reception, the bathroom amanities and the AC system are quite old and need a mark-up

Overall is good.
We noticed they did not mopped the floor just sweep because the stained were there few days of our stayed.
And a bit disappointed that the 3d bed is roller bed not the normal bed which no mentioned in the description.

Room is nice and big. Location is pretty good, about 5mins walk to Bangla Rd but since you're close to a walking street, expect some noise level.

We had a seamless and enjoyable experience at this perfect hotel. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and always clean, the WiFi was excellent throughout. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff—they were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book again on my next visit.🫰🏻

great location, just off the main street so traffic is ok and noise level is ok.
5 mins walk to mall, lots of massage & dining shops right outside hotel.
breakfast selection ok, 0945 to 1030am is peak so seats may be limited
three swimming pool, 1 at roof top (level 4), other two small ones at level 1

Perfect location in Patong. 5 mins walk to the beach and lots of food places.
The reservation team was accomodating, helpful and courteous to our request.
Rooms are clean and of good size.

This was probably my 8th or 9th time that I've stayed at Lantern Patong. The rooms are clean & spacious, location is very ideal for food, shopping and walking street. On top of that, the staff are always friendly and courteous. Real value for money. That's why I'll stay there whenever I'm in Patong.

I had a wonderful stay here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal with so much to do nearby. The room was clean and spacious. Great value for money.
