This hotel was THE worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my WHOLE LIFE!
We only booked one night for catching early flight the next morning and the reason was purely due to the location of the hotel, arrived around 9pm, there were a couple of guests before us for checking, it literally took them more than 30 minutes to check in 2 people plus our family of 4, they gave two rooms in two separate buildings to the two friend guests before us, then gave us two rooms in two separate buildings as well, we are a family of four with two young children and all luggages are all mixed up, it would be so much hassle to deal with if we stay in two separate buildings. So I asked if we could have two rooms closer, the female receptionist told me two buildings are close, I told her I don't want two rooms in two buildings, she claimed they separated us because I booked two rooms with two names which is nonsense, then the male named JAME came over said "show me the booking!" which I was shocked as I have NEVER been shouted at by any hospitality service providers in my whole life, I said: Excuse me?! Mind your attitude. He told me the whole hotel was booked out; there's nothing they could do. Then I gave my booking details which clearly stated I booked two rooms under my name on one booking transactions on Nov 24, then he was silent with anger face but without any apology what's so ever. another 5 minutes went by, he gave me two room passes and said: now you have two rooms in one building. Oh my lord, is this a hotel?! Did their staff understand what hospitality is?! Have they been traind how to do their job properly?! We had a flight to catch in less then 7 hours and I didn't have energy to waste on them.
After more than 30 minutes for checking, another 10 minutes wait for the shuttle bus to send us the actual hotel building(Yes, checking lobby is far away your room), we finally made to our rooms, the worse was waiting for us: there's NO slippers, NO shampoo, NO conditioner, NO bodywash, one towel for two guests, NO TOILET PAPER!!! How to function in this kind of hotel room?! It's almost 11pm, we only had less then 5 hours to sleep, no time to call and complain, my daughter and I used the dim sized soap to have a quick shower and just wish we could get through this whole situation as quickly as possible.
Then next early morning, it was the same guy (name JAME) at the lobby, when I told him it lacked all necessities in the room, again there's NO apology but a question was thrum on my face: YOU COULD CALL, RIGHT? Ridiculous!!! I don't know how this kind of service could exist for a hotel, I don't know why this kind of hotel could still have business.
Trip.com, seriously, you should remove this hotel from your site so no one's holiday will be ruined by it and you're welcome.
