Phòng nằm ở tầng một và bạn chắc chắn không thể nhìn thấy cảnh biển. Tuy nhiên, n*** ngoài ban công là hồ bơi và phòng gym, khá tiện lợi. Vị trí của khách sạn cũng khá tốt, cách bãi biển không xa. Tuy nhiên chất lượng nước của khách sạn tôi không thể khen ngợi được, may mắn thay khi đến thăm tôi đã mang theo vòi sen có đầu lọc. Ăn sáng khá đạt yêu cầu, mức độ bình thường. Nước trong bể bơi không tệ, nằm trong khách sạn thoải mái chơi đùa dưới nước. Mọi thứ đều hài lòng ngoại trừ việc không có view biển.

Great service and really big rooms! Location is great for people who want to visit Kata beach but don’t want to be stuck in the rush and noise. Location is on the quieter side.

The room is clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at busy area of Kata, walking distance to beach. Worth money.

I would like to review based on the management of the hotel and trip.com. I requested for a cancellation/reschedule 3 days before check in date which wouldn't have been necessary but because my son had the HFMD then turned chicken pox, we had to postpone our entire trip to another date as we had to be quarantined to prevent the spread to others. I provided the quarantine documentation given by the doctor stated that my son had the HFMD virus. If we were irresponsible human beings, we would have just continued on our trip and then in turn spread the virus but we weren't and we postponed our trip. We didn't mind if we had to pay an extra fee but since we were dealing with a system rather than empathic humans, we couldn't negotiate. When we made the booking, we did select the free cancellation option but after looking at the date, the cancellation option was to cancel on the same day of the booking (??!!) which does not make sense because that would mean the guest would have to cancel their trip on the same day of the booking. What's the point in that?? And our request was not extremely last minute. It was 3 days before (Trip on Wednesday. Request on Monday). We're very displeased with the experience of the bookings.

This is a great place to stay. Close to 2 beaches, two large pools, and breakfast is open until 11am. It’s about 20 minutes walk from the night market.

This hotel is in a nice location, about 3 minutes walk to Kata Beach. There is plenty of restaurants etc. around this area. The room with pool view is quite nice - good size and good natural light. All the staff were super helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel Staff are amazing Bed could be updated (very hard) pillows very soft could do with replacing. Breakfast was ok could really do with a change up every few days. Felt like it was the same things every morning. Overall it was really boring. Location is brilliant Pools - both great

Hotel is clean and nice location which is near to kayak beach with short walk. Less than 5 mins to beach and a lot of shops and eateries. Karen is very helpful hotel staff to help us with our needs . The rest of staff are very good as well . I could not remember their names to mention only . All staff are very friendly and sweet. Breakfast is a bit boring as same for everyday . But we are able to have as good one . Overall, still fine for us . Thank you .

Great location in Kata beach, 3 minutes walking to the beach and close to many good restaurants. The staff is particularly nice, always smiling and attentive which makes your vacation even better. Very clean and well maintained despite being a older property. I’d chose it again for sure.

First room assigned to me was with poor view. After talking with FOM, hotel changed my room with pool view as I booked. In generally speaking, a good hotel with good maintenance of facility. Not far from kata beach! Value for money!
