Nice hotel with with relax environment. Good staffs around you and willing to help. Especially the staffs in kids club, the are patient taking care of the children.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff that were friendly every day. The room was spacious with a nice view. Many nice restaurants are walking distance from the hotel. The only gripe I had was being asked too many times to participate in a rewards viewing (you earn a free perk for sitting through a 90 min presentation). The first two times they asked me and I declined was enough. The pool was perfect and the staff there were very attentive. The little patch of beach was a superb place to relax. Oh and make sure to try the thia restaurant on the premise. Their pad Thai was superb!

This is a really beautiful good hotel for those who wanna relax, but for those who wanna clubbing, partying and shopping, definitely not a good place. The staff are really polite and helpful. They clean the room 2 times a day. The breakfast is fantastic, the best breakfast i have ever had in any hotel. Delicious fresh and full of varieties. The pool was fantastic with 1.2 1.5 1.7 2.2 meters depth and a place to sit or stand in the water. Too many beds and umbrellas. ‼️Mindful about the beach, you can’t swim in the sea. There are red flags everywhere !!! But the beach is big and pretty.

This hotel is very old but overall Cleanliness is good. The furniture in room need to be replaced. The bed is not comfortable at all. Middle of the bed sinked.

I will not agree that it is a 5 star hotel. I will look for another 5 star hotel when I go to Phuket next time.

Staff is very friendly, room is a bit dated but clean Didn’t like how the front desk gave us the end room tho

This is our first time to live here. Staff is very friendly and always greeting with smile. And thank you for giving me birthday surprises . Very good location. I want to come here again.

This hotel is really good, my family visited 3 times since 2014. If you want to enjoy with family, it's good for your, also food and restaurant are perfect, we will be back to here again.

great hotel,nice service, great view and facilities for the children. However, the sales team of the Marriott group ruin it all!! The second day we met the sales named Lilly at the font desk, invite us for a 90 minutes course, we thought that should be the introduction of the hotel activity and facility, but the truth is: THIS IS A SALES OG MARRIOTT MEMBERSHIP CARD, AND YOU CANNOT LEAVE IF YOU DON'T BUY!! I feel very bad--we are here for vacation, the sales turned it into a nightmare. I suggest the hotel manager should deal with it!

Love all the activities on offer at this resort - great pool(s) with slide, convenient to go to the beach and had complimentary beach activities too (kayak, stand up paddle board etc.). Lots of things to do in and around, didn't even need to leave the hotel at all. Love the turtle shelter and getting to feed the turtles was a fun thing to do. Clean rooms and sheets, great job done by housekeeping overall. Breakfast spread was great too, and so was Cucina and the bistro downstairs. A bit out of the way if visiting Patong/ Phuket Old Town/ malls but didn't really need any of that when the resort was so self-containing. Loved our short getaway and 100% will be back.

Is a pretty resort area. Face the beautiful sea. Is middle of no where. So can only stay in hotel. But since is nice environment, so would be good to have a real rest.

Very beautiful hotel with nice beaches. Night fire show is great. The Japanese teppanyaki restaurant is highly recommended for kids
