Absolutely impressed with the hospitality team. I am not easy to please as I review hotels for the last 10 years and this hotel is great value for money. Our flight landed early and I did not expect our rooms to be ready and they were. We paid more for the room of our choice and got an upgrade which was a nice surprise. The spa is excellent that we had massages upon arrival and before leaving Phuket. Breakfast is a small but decent spread with basics of western and Thai dishes. The restaurant is seriously underrated. Our friends had lunch there and took us back for dinner and the oysters, ceviche, BBQ pork were delicious. The team speaks English and are very polite and helpful. Full disclosure: Would love the pillows to be a little more sturdy as we melted into it but they were so nice to give us another. The beach is just across the hotel but it's not connected.

What an amazing stay! Hands down the best hotel we’ve been in Phuket. They always had an option/solution for our requests: motorbike rental, island trips, and different activities to enjoy our stay. Lovely service and wonderful breakfast. Great WiFi and complete gym! Swimming pool water was not at best, but that was not something so important for us. We’ve still give them a 5/5. We would love to come back! ✨

Right on Surin beach's doorstep with plenty of halal stalls by the beach. You can borrow a beach mat from the hotel so you don't even have to bring your own. Service is awesome and the staff are all so friendly, especially the staff at Nalu and the security guys. Always ready with a warm smile, helpful tips about the area and chat! The room is huge and comes with a bathtub. The pools are great to cool down in after a hot day out exploring and the gym while small, is sufficiently equipped. Would return to Outrigger Surin in a heartbeat! We are already planning our next trip back :)

For us Surin Beach is the most beautiful one in Phuket and the hotel is just across the street. Breakfast is great as well as the pool area. Rooms are spacious.

Nice Ambiance

Hospitality is exceptional. We had a problem with original room, the water tap temperature is either too cold or too hot, we highlighted this issue to the staff and when they couldn’t fix the issue, they gave us a new bigger room. Happy with the service!

Wonderful experience and especially wonderful staff. And also to pool area is nice. The beach is really close, but unfortunately on the way to the beach there’s a lot of garbage an S on so many beaches in Thailand it is not super clean. But the staff tries to keep this team and goes every morning to the beach to clean it.

Beautiful resort, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was yummy. There is a beach across the road. There are many restaurants and shops just a short walk away.

Top hotel. All very new, stylish and nicely decorated in surfer style. 2 mins walk to a public beach(not private). 2 smallish pools (with lots of shade) , not many sun loungers. Food was delicious. Staff very friendly. My building had no lift, 3rd floor. But staff helped with luggage. Room super with usb plugs. Normal European plugs worked too. Water not drinkable, there is no sign that tells u that so be careful and use the water provided in fridge. Cleaners bit noisy at 9 am so if u like to sleep in use ear plugs 😊
