Nó rất thích hợp cho các gia đình có trẻ em. Mặc dù cơ sở vật chất của khách sạn đã cũ nhưng ngôi nhà độc lập còn mới và gọn gàng. Có một cửa hàng tiện lợi nằm cách khách sạn một quãng đi bộ thẳng và mất 15 phút đi bộ đến Chợ hải sản Rawai. Ngoài ra còn có nhiều tiệm mát-xa trên đường đi. Khách sạn nói chung là tốt, tôi sẽ xem xét ở lại đó lần sau khi tôi đi du lịch Phuket.

Khách sạn nằm gần Bãi biển Rahway, đi bộ ra ngoài 5 phút có thể gọi xe golf đến siêu thị tops, rất thuận tiện, gần nhiều đồ ăn, và nhiều tiệm massage đi bộ ra khỏi Bãi biển Rahway để gọi thuyền trực tiếp ra khỏi đảo . Nhân viên khách sạn lịch sự và đã đặt cọc khi nhận phòng, tôi ở 6 ngày, đặt cọc 5000 baht, bạn có thể sử dụng visa/master/tiền mặt, nếu dùng thẻ tín dụng thì mất 1 tháng để hoàn tiền, còn lại không có gì Đặc biệt, nếu bạn yêu cầu thì không gọi đồ ăn sáng, vì đi bộ ra ngoài có nhiều quán ăn sáng ngon, khách sạn kiểu Tây rất yên tĩnh. Trong phòng có sẵn 2 chiếc xe đạp nhưng tôi quen yêu cầu xe golf đi ra ngoài. Không lớn, nhưng đủ để sử dụng, ước tính dài khoảng 10 mét.因為冇Phơi nắng. Mình đã thay bộ lọc vòi sen, đến ngày thứ 3 bộ lọc đã ố vàng, bạn có thể tự mang bộ lọc vòi hoa sen đi. Nhìn chung 10 trên 8 điểm tôi cho giá trị cao so với số tiền bỏ ra.

Khách sạn này là khách sạn hài lòng nhất mà tôi ở hàng năm khi đến Phuket. Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi ở khách sạn này và nó thật tuyệt vời. Tất cả các thiết lập đều rất, rất mới và nhân viên rất ấm áp và nhiệt tình. lịch sự, vệ sinh siêu sạch. Nước trong bể bơi còn có hệ thống lọc rất tốt. Gần đó có siêu thị bigC có bếp với nồi, đĩa phù hợp. ngày! 711, rất thuận tiện và cách bãi biển 5 phút đi bộ! Tôi sẽ tiếp tục đặt khách sạn này vào năm sau

Ở lại 5 đêm. Máy điều hòa ngày càng ồn ào hơn trong 4 đêm đầu tiên. Chiếc két sắt bị hỏng vào ngày đầu tiên nhận phòng và được yêu cầu gọi cho quầy lễ tân nếu có việc gì cần làm. , nhưng điện thoại cũng bị hỏng. Sau khi chúng tôi trả phòng, điện thoại vẫn chưa được sửa chữa cho đến khi chúng tôi trả phòng. Máy điều hòa đã được sửa vào đêm hôm trước và không còn ồn ào nữa. Tuy nhiên, nó không còn mát nữa. Kết quả là máy điều hòa trong phòng khách phát ra âm thanh bất thường, tôi quay video đưa cho khách sạn xem. Tôi không gửi cho chúng tôi bữa sáng và đồ ăn nhẹ. Tôi không nhận hoa quả. The villa was so beautiful and clean, close by tops and Starbucks, so if need anything can walk out. however there were alot of dog ard our villa as construction ongoing hence we abit scared to walk at night. The villa do not have halal breakfast just a basic breakfast with less variety. Some staffs can't understand us well so it's make us hard to communicate to them. We will get free entrance to rawai park which has indoor playground and watermark suitable for kids below 7 years old. Do take note,They are very strict on number of pax, if the villa stated 8 adults only 8 adult can stay if additional have to pay aroud 1500 bhatt, the adult age 12 and above. The buggy service end at 8pm, however the staffs are still helpful to bring us back if late or we can inform the reception to allow the car that picking/ dropping us they will let the vehicle in. One must place to go in rawai is the market, which u can choose the seafood and the shop will cook for u and really worth it.

Super duper nice villa. Newly built private pool villa near Rawai beach Phuket. Suitable for big families. Pool is spacious got 2 rooms 3 bathroom. Can refer to the photos uploaded.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rawayana Central Park Villa! Location is few minutes from Rawai Beach, Starbucks, Supermarket (Tops). We are also able to find Halal food (Three Pyramid, Banana Nutella Pancake) nearby. They have amazing amenities for kids (Rawai Park) which has already been included in the package. The Villa is clean, service is superb (room service everyday), pool is well maintained. Room have microwave, coffee maker, kettle, oven, stove. I would recommend this Villa to those family with children that is visiting Phuket and want some time away from busy streets.

What a place to stay in Rawai! Villa was fully equipped, personal swimming pool was so nice! Rawai Park was the favorite place of my kids. Yummi breakfast is proposed with new dishes every day. Great support from reception desk to help us to organize our activities!

Affordable price for those who wish to stay in villas with private pool. Clear and cozy room. The only thing can be improved will be the shower water pressure is not high enough. Overall is recommended! Location is in Rawai so for everyone who wants to stay in popular area in phuket, then this villa may not be your first choice.

I am very satisfied with the arrangement of the hotel. The service attitude of every staff member is very good, very enthusiastic and smiling. The hotel is very clean and tidy, very comfortable, and I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel is at the region of Rawai Beach, where you could find out many local tours for the island-hopping. First, I have to appreciate the incredible services provided by Jub and Nah who have offered us sufficient helps and advices. The Hotel is formulated by many independent villas where you could find out the appropriate one for you and your family. In terms of the price, the Hotel is so competitive that you could find out the 2-bedrooms or 3-bedrooms villa with relatively lower price. The bedroom is not big enough, but it's quite well-equipped. The facilities, including the laundry, refrigerator, bathtub, shower and living room are uniquely useful. The hotel is not really quiet, because it's very close to the street, but far away from the pubs. It's only 200 meters from the beach, so it's simple for you to look for restaurants, convenient stores, massage shops or other leisure facilities. Overall, the location is not too bad, particularly when you look for something with competitive price in the market. However, the breakfast is quite simple with limited options. The staff are very friendly, but unfortunately, the breakfast is the weakest link. Furthermore, the swimming pool is 140cm, which's fine for us. However, if you have children under 140cm, you'd better look after them carefully. Last, although there's a kids park within the hotel, it's fairly old-fashioned one. It's only proper for those children under 9 years old. There's a bigger indoor kids playground next to the kids park which you need to pay first. I was a bit surprised to pay for the indoor one. The kids park is really hot where the air-conditioning has something wrong.

Outside of hotel is still under construction, little bit messy. Inside of villa is okay, the swimming pool was good, 1.4m deep is correct for kids. The breakfast was little bit poor, the quality of food is not suit with the hotel. Position of hotel is ok, close to the main road, have supermarket “TOPS” close, but the price is quite expensive, even more expensive than Shanghai! The service is just normal, the water only 4 bottles per day, if you need more, have to pay. Check out time is 12:00, not like in China can prolongate till 14:00 for free, here need to pay extra like 1000baht. Conclusion, it’s a quality/price correct ressort hotel.

This resort was very nice and close to Rawai. The living room the highlight and was very spacious and beautiful. My only dislike is that the rooms werent directly connected to the living room and we need to walk outside to each different room. The rooms were quite small actually, which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

New villa, hence everything is quite clean and new. Service was okay as well, but we would hope they'd not keep such a high amount of deposit.
