First day checked in, the cornice felt down on the bed, then a couple of days later when it rain down ( 9pm 31/12), the ceiling was leaked and we end up with a big bin to catch rain water for the rest of our stay.

Traveling with friends in Phuket, I was on a tight budget. Hotel Diva Patong was perfect. The clean, comfortable room and friendly staff made it a great value.The location was ideal - close enough to walk to the beach and nightlife, but quiet enough for a good night's sleep.

Travelling with friends on a budget, This hotel was excellent choice.The affordable rooms were clean and comfortable, anf the friendly staff helped us plan on adventures around Phuket. The hotel's central location allowed us to explore from beaches to temples, all within walking distance or a short taxi ride.

It was amazing stay, beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, clean and tidy, big breaky and close enough from patong city, 2 mins on bike. Very nice staff, friendly and polite. Very relaxing lobby with pool. We are happy with good breakfast and professional staff for assist me about extend stay during high season with very hard to find a room.

The staffs were so friendly and really made our stay special. Pool was great, really clean and we enjoyed the cocktail. The room was cleaned everyday and staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast had something for everyone. It is not close to beach which makes it a quiet and good place to stay.

Absolutely awesome, from the staff to the rooms to the atmosphere, everything was great. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern, each room had great aircon and a nice washroom. the staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to assist you. The food was incredibly delicious. The best stay I ever had.

Very amazing stay. The staff was very courteous and responsive, it was a smooth check in. The pool area is amazing, loved spending my afternoon there, the food was incredibly delicious too. I would recommend it to my other friends for a stay in Phuket.

I have been traveling now for 18 years, i have been in the most poor countries ever. But i never have been at such a horrible, dirty and most terriyfing place as the Diva Hotel. If you hate being alive and want to punish your self dont hesitate to book at this hotel. Even my dog who live’s 5 years outside in the rain and cold, didn’t want to enter the room. I’m surprised that this Hotel still even exist. The hotel staff also dont want to help you because they priotire there ciggaret above custumor relation, and if they do they’re doing their job in slowmotion. Garret the snail of spongebob is faster

Very dirty bedsheets, rooms smells horrible, service is a total disaster! How it is rated 4.6/5, is a true mystery!

ก่อนจะเข้าไปในโรงแรม ต้องฝ่าด่านมาเ*** ซึ่ง เป็น ผู้จัดการก่อนนะ ห้องก็สกปรก ยุงก็เยอะ น้ำก็เหลือง ก็อกน้ำก็ปิดไม่สนิท ขอเปลี่ยนห้องใหม่ ห้องข้าง ******** นำทุเรียนเข้าโรงแรม ซึ่งทำให้กลิ่นเหม็นมาก

這家酒店是攜程作為備選酒店給我定的，兩聯房房間。一樓是游泳池，酒店對面是自己的酒吧可以打桌球，小酌。對面有個泰拳館，超市，位置可以。距離芭東夜市步行15分鐘左右。酒店的衞生和設施一般，是印度人開的酒店。提分的是印度老闆很熱情，有求必應，有問必答，具備服務意識。在這住個2-3天還是可以的，除非你想每天花個2-3000塊住在芭東海灘邊上。總體來説，值得推薦。就是早餐有點過於簡單。其它都挺好。
