We can fully recommend this small resort to any tourists and families looking for relaxation in a peaceful and quiet environment. The resort is well maintained and offers great food a la carte. You can snorkel right in front and discover a bit of sea life, enough for kids to explore. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice place just next to the sea, very quiet, the rooms are bigs, the breakfast is fantastic, most of the food is homemade! Service is just perfect with very friendly people. An unique experience I recommend without hesitation.

酒店位置雖然有點偏，在最北邊，但勝在人少安靜且有酒店自己的一片海灘，房型不錯，乾淨整潔，淋浴水温略微有點涼但可接受。早餐不錯，新鮮精緻可口。離富國大世界，野生動物園，珍珠樂園都不遠，出行需要打車或包車，但實際上在島上去哪裡都需要打車。

世外桃源般極具私密性的度假村，給我們全家帶來了一週完美的海島度假體驗，特別指出的是前台和廚房工作人員態度極好，儘可能提供一切支持和幫助。前台Nhan英文水平溝通完全無障礙、也會簡單用中文打招呼，給人賓至如歸的感覺。餐廳菜品適合全年齡段，特別好吃、特別好吃、特別好吃！

很少會在攜程上願意對一家酒店做點評，但這家酒店確實值得—— 值得的不是他們硬件，坦率的説，硬件很一般，基本就是東南亞的clubmed的水平吧。 但是，這家酒店的軟服務，完全是一流的：完全是想客人之所想，很多時候，你還沒有説出口，他就已經替你想到了、做在先了。尤其是一位看上去像大堂經理的小夥子（酒店房間不多，日常看得見的服務人員一共也就三四位吧） 酒店非常偏僻（出租車司機都説“沒有到過這麼遠的農村”），如果是喜歡熱鬧的，千萬不要來。或者説，這種“安靜度假”的感覺，基本衹有歐美客人入住。 另外，酒店送的早餐非常贊，一份Menu，全部現點現做，雖然不能説那麼豐富，但是味道都很不錯，看得出是用心做的。 總體來説，酒店有點“低配版安縵”的精品酒店感覺：選址荒僻低調，但服務用心！

This was our third stay at Peppercorn, although we hadn't been back for 5 years. The view here is incredible this is a perfect place to get away from it all and relax. Whilst we were here there was a heatwave and so relaxing and snorkelling were all we had the energy to do. The staff are so lovely and helpful and you feel right at home. We will be back.

This is a beach resort where you can go to relax and enjoy the sun and the water. It is a place where you can find a variety of activities to keep you busy, or you can simply relax and enjoy the scenery. Absolute beach front property with such a peaceful atmosphere and with a million dollar view. We originally booked for one night but after meeting all of the staff and staying one day we extended our stay for a week. All the staff gave exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making our stay comfortable, we also enjoyed the fresh and delicious food at the restaurant. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean and again with a million dollar view. We will be back with the whole family next time. Peppercorn resort is a must stay in Phu Quoc Thank you Linh and staff.

Staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, super helpful and nice, honestly a highlight. Our Garden View Room was fantastic, large, good AC, comfy bed and a very nice garden view, just a few meters from the sea. It's a calm spot, nice for relaxing. Food is good, but not always consistent, some are great and some are lacking flavour, and quite pricey. BUT, much better than similar resorts of this price point. And you do have the local village few minutes away with local food if you want to spend less and eat local. The breakfast buffé is fantastic. Lots to choose from. Great sourdough bread which you never find in Asia usually. Regarding the Beach, we were lucky it was westerly winds, that meant the beach was very calm, serene and clean. The other side of the Island saw a lot of trash coming in due to the wind. So important to check the wind beforehand. The beach is shallow but you don't have to walk too far for some more depth; this might be preference, but we loved it compared to a more deep beach. I'm sure you'll have a splendid stay here! Great value!

We were there for one week. It was paradise. Everything was perfect! The team was very nice, helpful and was very attentive. The food is excellent. The pool is superb. The beachfront bungalows are great, the view magnificent. The sea is beautiful and great for swimming. We saw some starfish. It was perfect with our 4 year old son. We warmly thank the entire Peppercorn beach resort team. We will recommend this hotel. Of course if we come back to Phu Quoc in the future, we will stay at this hotel again.

I can’t thank Linh and the rest of the peppercorn family for my wonderful and serene stay there. I added my solo stay here after 2 weeks backpacking and it was the perfect retreat. The massages were incredible, the beach front villa was gorgeous, and the staff just were so welcoming and making sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast spread was beautiful with eggs to order and fresh bread and condiments. I ate at the restaurant every evening and the food was sensational (and the portions huge!!) Thank you so much for the stunning 4 night stay!

We stayed here for 8 nights and we felt like special guests the whole time. Lin and the team were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread and eggs, bacon, and sausages cooked to order were excellent. The beach hut feel rooms were comfortable and clean with lovely outlooks whether garden or beach facing. Lunch and dinner menu was good and pricing in line with other restaurants which made it difficult to venture out. Good cocktail list too. Great for the price, would definitely recommend.
