we were there for 2 nights. Just normal hotel. Requires some renovation. Noizy fan in the bathroom and really thin walls. But good view from the window or balcony (sea view)

Huge hotel room, big double shower, pool views, friendly staff, 10 minute walk from all the action with bars & restaurants on route. Phi Phi is absolutely stunning, this place was great, there is however a warning sign of don’t feed the monkeys and keep your doors locked at all times, we laughed at first but they weren’t lying, there was monkeys everywhere, love sitting on the roof of the hotel, climbing the trees and sometimes stealing an abandoned drink on the table 🤣 enjoyed my stay nonetheless & perfect for couple / group travelling. Incredible value.

Good location and good service from staff. The view is so stunning.

On the whole as Phi Phi is a small enough place the hotel was well located. Away from all the noise but close enough that everything is quickly and easily accessible. The staff were all lovely, and always willing to help. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool but many others did and it seemed like a decent pool. The only shortcomings would be the absence of an iron, although a steamer is available to use at reception it is a little inconvenient. The second would be air conditioning. The AC didn’t work very well and as it was very humid during our stay this was sorely missed. Finally, the shower units could use some attention as in the room we had the shower heads pointed in a direction that soaked the bathroom. That being said our stay was very pleasant and the friendliness of the staff was key!

The location is very far from the center, the hotel is old. It is not possible to open windows as there are monkeys on the balcony all the time. Very not recommended

For the second time. It’s great to be there..

Отель стоит на удалении. Нет толп туристов и шумных магазинчиков в обычное время. (Кроме обеда) Отель коридорного типа. Очень много комнат. При полном заселении там будет просто муравейник. Завтраки однообразные шведский стол, но вкусные. На обед 150 бат взрослый и 100 бат ребенок также шведский стол, но приходят толпы туристов, огромными потоками. Отель мусульманский. Вы нигде не найдёте поблизости алкоголь.

Хороший, частенько отель. Были там 3 дня. С 06.07 по 09.07. Но момера не убирали не разу. Мусор не забирали от слова "совсем ". Не воды, не спросили что нужно. Как то живите и живите. По вечерам немного слышно музыку с пляжа. Больше в этот отель не заеду.

Bon rapport qualité /prix. Chambre familiale agréable . Au calme mais en 10-15min de marche on est en plein centre. Plage à 5mun à pied et piscine agréable

非常爛的一個酒店，靠近一個酒吧，晚上蹦迪的音樂持續到半夜兩點。房間牆壁完全沒有隔音，半夜4點回來一羣蹦迪回來的，説英語的**，一直大聲喧嘩到早上六點我發評論為止，還沒有結束，敲牆警告也無效。我決定一會上午10點，等他們睡熟了，再敲，作為報復。 房間設施陳舊，居然還需要用鑰匙，而不是房卡。

O restaurante estava fechado na sexta-feira às 9pm, sendo que o horário é até às 10pm. Estava chovendo bastante e simplesmente disseram "NO", nada além disso. Não se importaram. A cama é horrível.

호텔의 멘인관린자로 본인는 남잔있는덴, 겐인같은.. 손톱깐진 광택난겐 단듬언있음. 싼만큼 시설구리고 ㅋ 항구랑 번화가에서 걸언선 15분.. 같은빙인덴 1층 놘둔곤 이층의 맨끝으로 주는 이상한 시스템. 아기가 복도에서 울어서 아침에 모닝콜이 필요없는 기본 매너 안내도 안되는 구린 숙소임 아침밥주문해서 사싑분이상기다리구 지들맘대로 메뉴비꿔서 갔다주는데 쟁반에 개미 1/3크기 벌레 잔뜩으로 밥맛이 얼마니 똑떨어지게요 최소한 우리한국분들이라도 피합시다 Location is difficult to pass in the corner, and it is difficult to use the itinerary efficiently. The manager with glasses is not fluent in English, so there is a problem with communication. When I ordered breakfast, I had to wait for more than 40 minutes. When I checked again because I was tired of waiting, I was embarrassed to guide me about the cooking speed and it was difficult to proceed with my next schedule. The menu was also made differently from what I ordered. The cleaning was not done by mistake, so the room had to stay messy, and the manager did not apologize.
