Kapetanios aqua resort in Paphos is a great place for families. The view from all over the hotel is stunning! The kids loved the pools and the waterpark. They had fan at the pools for children. The staff was very kind and friendly. Especially great thanks to Georgina and her tean at pool bar. Also food and sweets were too delicious. A great experience to rest and relax before winter!

Were do I start got there at 01.20 and bloke at hotel very rude put us in a room that haven't been cleaned and mother was in a bed fit for a child. In morning changed our room to another disgrace finally got to see our rep when they was saying her day of.... When they moved us again bloke that run it said would I put a good review on said yes but no sorry we paided a lot of money to come away food was a disgrace cold and not cooked right.. so couldn't eat there. So all-inclusive but had to eat out cost us more money...and only 7 of us at hotel.. no beach all stone. Entertainment was ok staff very rude felt like been dumped there and left to defend for our self... Estella was only one that cared... Don't book hear it a not so nice hotel we booked a 5 star this was a 3 star.... Reheated food as the amount they put out you could tell it was other day food.. beach bar food was frozen especially hot dogs roll hot and sausage was frozen... I would class this holiday as holiday from hell.... Pool don't get cleaned every day as when he of no one does it.. fly's around food so don't read what it says as it ain't true... Never again would I come to Cyprus as it's put me off staying hear ... Go else were as water slide broke down all time lazy river rings kept going down. No bloody beach all stones the only good think was weather... Will be reporting this hotel to stop people going thinking it's going to be great... Well it bloody ain't it's a HOLIDAY FROM HELL

Day 4 and already loving this hotel, can't believe the negatives. Great waterpark, nothing unsafe, snack bar food been amazing, the chips and burgers are out of this world the main food is a little limited in choice but what they have has been really tasty, drinks deffo not watered down. The beach is very rocky but hey I can go up coast a little for the beach. Evening entertainment has been ok my biggest complaint is no proper involvement for kids of an evening such as a dance disco that we have had at other places. It's a 5 min walk to the main ***** area which ....be prepared is at bottom of a hill and with kids in prams is not ideal but if your coming all inclusive you won't want to leave. Rooms cleaned every day, staff have been attentive and accommodating. We arrived at 1am due to a delay and no food or drink BUT this isn't hotel fault the airline had the delay. We ate on plane so wasn't an issue anyway. This place is what you want for a family is it a luxury resort no way but we don't expect that at this price for a family. Gym is bad 1 running machine and no free weights I did use it but do I come holiday for gym no... end of the day I would come back here during day water park for kids is brilliant. I was most worried about the review where the kids foot in waterpark cut but we have had no issues

The great time with my family. Stunning view, friendly staff, good location, clean and tidy. Kids friendly. Proper delicios food. We will repeat. Swimming pools are clean and safety and Aqua park is a great for families. We enjoy every moment.

Terrible could not wait to come home Food was awful and reheated Slide was broken, and management lied about it. Private beach was awful, and children could easily be kidnapped from this hotel. Guests had to make their own evening entertainment . Avoid this place

very very good hotel, and very clean the room is perfect ,the staff very excellent, all of them especially Mr. Dimitris welcomed us with the food very politely , thank you all guys you are the best really 🙏🏼❤️!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is great, pool and splash park are really fun. The food selection has been really nice. We've enjoyed the evening entertainment, the music quiz, impromptu karaoke and magic show were all brilliant, the magician was great with the kids. The staff are all really nice and helpful, we will definitely be back.

So far soo good we had few issue at the arrival as the bus left us in top of the hill with all our laguages to carry down , staff was really friendly , food a bit repetitive and cold Bar staff was really good a bit slow on making cocktails but worth the que Entertainment team , with water gym , water polo most of the days , night time with singers and games shows not too much to complain about I won’t fail this hotel definitely coming back

Hotel has lots of potential but requires some work, that being on food/drink options, staffing issues and cleanliness of the pools. We had a 10day ALL INCLUSIVE booked in August, we arrived late evening, which we was given our key and directed tomorrow room which with two very tired children had trouble finding it, room 1912, where we had to carry four large heavy cases up some stairs-no porter available. Food/drink selection was limited choices and repetitive daily, and the bar snack was two option burger or toasty with fries. We had a broken light bulb which I reported day 2 of the holiday, after reporting four times, on our departure day this was still broken. Entertainment where to start as this was non existent- bingo and a quiz if that’s what you call putting your hand up to answer a question a quiz most nights and water polo daily……Boring! The food was that bad we ate out most evenings which for an all inclusive holiday it’s defo not worth the money or a 4* hotel. POSITIVES- rooms large and clean, able to get a sun bed and thank good for the water slides, great views of the beach but could do with some work to allow you to get into the sea as the beach is full of large pebbles and is quite dangerous even with swimming shoes. Better food/day time and evening entertaining and more staff and this hotel would be great. Wouldn’t return but made the most of our holiday.
