What I liked the most: The menu was at disposal in the room desk, available in French, Spanish and English; including useful welcome note with relevant information for guests. The room was cosy and spotlessly clean. The 5-stars arrangement intercontinental hotel style: wi-fi code displayed on the bed side, phone with rooms extension and reception number, very useful for people travelling in groups. The bed is confortable. The staff is very courteous and receptive. Breakfast room-service is available. Perfect location in Petion Ville.

L'endroit est situé au centre de Pétion-ville, facile pour le déplacement, personnel courtois Johanna, Leila, le petit déjeuner est appétissant et bien présenté dans des emballages, dès 6h30 on peut se réveiller pour prendre le petit déjeuner il y a deja quelqu'un sur place pour prendre la commande, il y a un restaurant qui est sur place ou on peut déguster des bons plats, Mne Viviane la propriétaire est a l'écoute des clients, elle s'est entretenue plusieurs fois avec moi pour me demander si tout va bien pour moi, j'avais besoin un service au bar, malgré le restaurant était déjà fermé, elle m'a proposé d'ouvrir le bar-restaurant pour pouvoir faire ma commande. Excellente communication et elle est très compréhensible. Je recommande fortement Allamanda

J'ai aimé l'accueil, la réceptionniste était très accueillante et professionnelle, j'étais arrivé un peu tôt a l'heure habituelle du check in, elle m'a donné une chambre en moins de 10 minutes

J ai beaucoup aimé le service à la clientèle. Les gens prennent du temps pour m écouter et me servir. Un bon 5 étoiles. Je recommande vivement cet hotel :)
