Mossaz Suite By Just Stay

NO TOILET PAPER, NO COOKING PLATES, NO MUGS, NO NETFLIX/PRIME VIDEO, NO BATHROOM FLOOR TOWEL, BROWN SHEETS, just a room with a hard SOFA , EARLIEST CHECKOUT time in Malaysia & BAD HOST that ignores messages. DO NOT STAY HERE if you want a comfortable stay where you feel welcome. For a 2 bedroom apartment; there should be an electric pot OR a 1 plate stove/cooker and at least 1 small pot, but there is none. There is tiny bowls, you literally can not use to prepare lite meals from a microwave too. There is no NETFLIX or PRIME accounts, you are told to use yours and the hosts tells you they have provided the TV, you should use your own login details. You feel unwelcome. There is no kitchen towels and no floor bathroom towels provided. The apartment has a hard, uncomfortable sleeper sofa for a lounge sofa; the lack of necessities is as if to say; sleep & leave. The Checkout time is also too early:11am; earlier than all hosts at Mossaz. The host ignores requests and sends you checkout messages so early. The room deco is nice, bed sheets are not white; something I personally don’t like for a hotel setup; so you could literally be sleeping on used sheets. Doors to & from the bathroom do not work well. The price becomes high considering the lack of necessities for Mossaz. This would NEVER be my first choice for Mossaz; unless others are not available. All things negative about this place can be sorted; but the host is not willing.

Tv is not working, the lift always full

住房條件還可以，但是，我感覺床單沒有換，主要是沒有配牙刷牙膏這些基本設施，沒有配礦泉水，這是不太好的一點，因為這邊超市還沒有開門，買水不太方便，除了電視比較大，喜歡躺在床上看電視的可以來試試。
