Khách Sạn Thân Thiện Với Thú Cưng Tại Milan

The hotel is right next to Milan central train station which is perfect for transit. May not be so convenient to travel around Duomo. Taxi to Duomo costs around Eur16-20. Hotel has prepared a bottle of brut and some nuts and candies as welcome gifts which are very surprised to me and my boyfriend. The bathroom is spacious and provided with branded amenities. Bed is comfortable with smooth linen. The room comes with a small balcony which is perfect for some photoshoots. One thing annoyed me is the WiFi, the connection is so bad that I barely can use for working. Eventually I use my own 5G network then personal hotspot for connection.

優點：房間升級到了premium，酒店和房間都很香，minibar和冰箱裏的都是免費的，一個pad可以控制整個房間，早飯內容豐富有冷的也有熱的，服務很熱情還會記得客人名字來打招呼，最喜歡的是room service的club sandwich超乎預期的好吃！ 缺點：沒有HBO，房間牆上的開關太亮了晚上非常影響睡覺，淋浴房門口沒有鈎子不方便放毛巾。

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

Location is excellent and less than 3 min walkj g disrance to Central Station. Room is clean and spacious. Only suggestion is to provide hair conditioning for guests.

I stayed in this hotel with my friend for travelling. It is really close to the centralle station and all the restaurants. So it was so convenient for us while staying. The staffs were really kind and nice. They explained everything really well. The building was a little old, but it was nice and clean. I think most of the buildings in Milan are old, so it wasn’t a problem for us. In general, we satisfied staying here. they also provided shampoo and body wash, but didn’t provide the hair rinse, so we hadd to buy one from the other store. It isn’t an essential thing, but would been better if we had that since we have long hair. But as I mentioned earlier, we really satisfied about staying here!

The hotel was very clean. Receptionists we're all super helpful and fantastic. The location was good for me but far from Milano Centrale, which is where I needed to be. There are 3 restaurants across the street. All 3 super busy and food was great. First night, I went to another restaurant in Piazza Firenze, which was also great. About 300m there is a lot of public transport to various areas of Milano. Like a tram to Cadorna, for example. Area doesn't look too safe at night, but I am a single woman and had no problems walking around. I saw some policemen walking around. Maybe that helps. There is a nice little patio downstairs, but I was there for 5 minutes and the mosquitos were too close for comfort. I didn't ask the receptions for help, I am sure they would have giving me something but I was tired and just went to my room to see: Young Montalbano... 😉
