夫妻兩個到萬寧旅遊的，下午高鐵到的有點晚想着就近找家民宿先休息一晚，附近搜了一家看壹拾貳看評價不錯，離開高鐵站也很近，二分鐘車程，老闆還負責幫忙接送，房間很大很乾凈，全套智能的小度語音控制，院子自帶泳池，關鍵老闆老闆娘都特別熱情，感覺在自己家似的，期間自己掃碼了個草莓熊三輪電動，沒想到老公不會開，老闆全程幫忙協調全額做了退款，所以本來打算住一晚的住了三晚，期間有一天事先預訂了威斯丁酒店，老闆還幫忙送到酒店大堂，然後又幫忙酒店接回，全程幫忙搬拉桿箱，特貼心，説實話最後老闆早上送我們去高鐵站時候還有點依依不捨的，接觸幾天都成朋友了，真心的謝謝老闆夫妻的暖心照顧，下次有機會再來萬寧度假，一定再住壹拾貳名宿。 設施：智能化設施 衞生：乾淨寬敞 設施：配套齊全 衞生：乾淨 環境：寬敞舒適 服務：非常非常熱情周到 神州站接送:準時接送

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula and was truly impressed by the level of service and professionalism demonstrated by the entire team. My experience, especially during the latter part of my stay, exceeded all expectations and deserves recognition. From the moment I raised concerns, the Front Desk Director, Sue, and General Manager, Terence Ng, personally intervened to ensure that all issues were addressed promptly and with the utmost respect. Their dedication to resolving guest feedback and commitment to excellence is truly commendable. I was also touched by the extra efforts they made, such as personally delivering breakfast to my room—a gesture that went far beyond my expectations and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Additionally, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Yvette, the Manager of the Lakeside Restaurant. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor during my dining experiences added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. The professionalism, care, and thoughtfulness shown by these individuals reflect the highest standards of the Grand Hyatt brand. My stay, which began with some challenges, turned into a remarkable and unforgettable experience thanks to the dedication of these outstanding team members. Excellent location and awesome place! If you're out and about in Riyue Bay, this place is an ideal choice. It would be even better if there were more directional signs in English for people booking through teip.com. For those who have trouble finding where the building is: skip the first building. turn left from the entrance and walk down 50 metres until you see elevators (T5-3) next to a little convenience store. That's how you get up there. Nevertheless, the customer service is good and the manager came out to get us and also added our Wechat to keep in contact in case there are any issues. Supplies were replenished regularly, and the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Overall a pretty good experience. Recommended!

It was a fantastic stay at this apartment. The place was super clean. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is nice, better than in other hotels nearby. However, there is no table and chairs limiting functionality. High floor also means strong wind: can't dry clothes on the balcony. The service is much worse than other hotels nearby. You need to pay 300 RMB deposit. The reception is in Legendary hotel and all communications are in Wechat. The answers are very slow, have to go to the reception to solve problems. There was no hot water on check in. The cleaning ladies came at 10 am next day. The hotel agreed to give late check out and then told me that it is not available. The service must be improved.
