I appreciate things happen which are out of their control. However, having an issue with their boiler knowing a full occupied hotel would create issues with the hot water and still taking bookings is unacceptable. A family of four needing a wash after a hard sporting event, Paying £90 for room only and arriving unable to even get washed, being told there is a four hour callout For the engineer which could be as late as midnight. Still no hot water the next morning and the cold running water was brown. Staff informed nothing they could do as it was an issue with the whole hotel. Unable to speak to anybody at customer services sent email informing they would reply within five days!!!! Informed by hotel we would get a refund but instead get a voucher for another stay to be used within 6months!!!! The hotel and room would have been fine if not for the water issues and friendly staff even with a lot of irate customers.
